Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5

Super cool to be guest of the day, thank you! It added something nice to routine business travel, and was excellent to be able to use the business center. The hotel is lovely and clean, and breakfast was excellent.

I forgot that you have to pay the full cab fare from the airport, which is actually quite expensive. Also there is no way to walk safely from the airport even though it's relatively close. This was all.

Hotel room and staff were excellent.

The Wi-Fi was terrible. For a large modern hotel it was slow and not fast enough even to watch YouTube. They should have at least 100mb service and enough bandwidth to compensate for many residents.

I went for one night stay for my 40th birthday . We used the spa facilities . Simran at the spa was very welcoming and was very kind to allow us to stay more than 1/2 hr slot as per booking . It was a real treat . The Jaccuzi pool had so much pressure and just what we needed . Both sauna and steam room also was great . The ice room was not working at the time . Breakfast was ok - not much options for Halal Dining but with some sweet stuff like pancakes , pastries , butter and Jam and if you want savoury eggs , hash browns and beans . It was sufficient for both me and husband . ***We always used to go to the spa prior to the pandemic then it was out of order for years . I am so glad it’s back open now and we can’t wait for our next overnight getaway ***

I didn’t like the pillows and found them too soft . Hubby didn’t like the reception area playing Metallica music at 7 am . Don’t get us wrong we love this kind of music but just not first thing in the morning. We did pass our comments to the checkout team on the day .

Ashvina, who welcomed us, was First Class and checked us in quickly and efficiently allowing us early access to our room and, as an unexpected bonus, upgraded us to the Executive Level as “Guest Of The Day! This meant that we could enjoy the facilities of the Executive Lounge on the 4th Floor (well worth seeking out if you have the option - or the time) which had a great view of Windsor Castle courtesy of the telescope provided, as well as a variety of excellent snacks and beverages. We appreciated the proximity of the Hilton to Terminal 5 from which we had a flight leaving early the following morning (10 minutes on the bus or pre-booked transfer).

Booking us into a twin room instead of a double - but that was my fault because I did the booking!

Clean, comfortable, convenient. We appreciated the fact that we were able to grab a taxi waiting right out front immediately upon our request. The driver was very professional and drove very safely.

Lighting in bedroom is complicated. The bathroom lights are awful. We cannot see anything. The shower is fine but water goes everywhere. Elevators are busy. When the airline personnel arrives it is complicated to use it and we had to wait a few elevators to get in.

The room was very comfortable and pleasant to be in. Every staff member with whom we connected was cheerful, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. On one occasion a staff member did not know how to help us so she immediately connected us with another who was able to solve our problem. Had we not had a plane to catch we both would have enjoyed a second night there.

Our flight was late so we arrived just minutes before the restaurant closed. We would have enjoyed a meal there. However, when we went into the pub, the staff member helped us order something which was delivered to our room. Everything we ordered was delicious!

I had to find a hotel near the airport at the last minute due to a flight delay and was very pleased with the comfortable room I got here. After a long day of hauling my luggage through airports it was great to relax in the air conditioning. The staff were accommodating of my request to eat breakfast at 6 am (instead of 6:30, when it officially started) because I had to get to the airport for an early flight, and they also booked a taxi for me. The in-hotel restaurant was also nice.

The hotel is located in an industrial park, which means there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. The room was pricey, but I suppose that's to be expected when you book it at the last minute on a day when all the BA flights are late.

Beautifully room , very comfortable. Good restaurant. Restaurant staff, excellent , very helpful and friendly. Excellent location for Heathrow T5 Airport. Very good shuttle service to T5 from Hotel.

The staff on reception could be more friendly and smile a bit. The food portion in the restaurant was limited and overpriced for what I had..Salmon and chips plus 1 apple and mango drink ..around 28 pounds...far too expensive for what I got I'm my opinion although the meal tasted good.

The room was perfect, spacious and containing all I needed for a comfortable stay. The size of the beds and quality of the pillows & bedding was great. Finding a welcome tray of a chocolate aeroplane, fruit etc. welcoming me as guest of the day was delightful. The breakfast was superb, with a vast range catering for all dietary needs.

The majority of the staff were well-trained and helpful but I found the person who greeted me at the front desk as I arrived to be somewhat brusque and unsmiling! Fortunately, the young person on the desk as I checked out was delightful!
