Courtyard Tuscaloosa

Wonderful place to stay. booking.com made reservations for this work trip so easy and had the best price. the rooms were nice and the air was already turned down to the lowest setting which felt amazing after traveling all day. No free breakfast, however they had a Starbucks inside. The location was amazing; right off the interstate and if you wanted to have dinner out there are a lot of choices. Walmart was less than 5 mins away too. My only complaint is that the shower wasn’t cleaned from the last person that stayed there, but I always travel with cleaning stuff for that reason. the pool was super nice and stayed open until 11pm. No hot tub/jacuzzi :( The hotel lobby was really nice.

The inside and outside of the hotel were really nice. Overall the hotel was clean, and the staff was amazing. It is also a really quiet hotel. I would definitely say it’s safe or nice for a family trip. I stayed there by myself and felt comfortable the entire time.

I didn’t like how my bed was a little dirty. I only slept on one side of the bed, and the side I didn’t sleep on I could see stains on the comforter. I don’t sleep under hotel comforters anyway, but it kind of made me iffy on staying here again. I also didn’t enjoy the connected rooms. Granted a stranger couldn’t come into my room without both doors being unlocked, but I would have preferred someone telling me the rooms were connected.

Room was very clean and updated . We loved the lay out of the rooms. The staff was very friendly. We travel a lot and stay in a lot of different hotels and this one is by far the best place we have stayed in a long time . All staff should be proud of the work they do to make this place such a nice and enjoyable stay.

Nothing to dislike we had a very pleasant stay.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was so tidy and clean. Despite checking in late at night the front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

When we checked in they told us a time that the cafe would open for breakfast the next morning but when we came down for breakfast it still wasn't open. We had to leave in order to continue or travels so it was a bit inconvenient that they didn't open on time.

Saw gentleman outside early in parking lot clearing trash. Spacious room. Very clean.

The last time we stayed at this same property the cable was out both nights of our stay and with covid there was no place to go so that was frustrating and this time there was no grab and go breakfast as we were told there would be. Went down at 8:00 Sunday morning and gentlemen behind desk said sorry they are all gone. At 8:00?. Also since we stayed two nights our room was not serviced which was fine but we ran out of toilet paper by the time we checked out and had to go ask for towels as well. Nothing huge but expect more from Marriott. Thank you.

We had a bug in our room, but it seemed clean otherwise.

We came in late and had to leave very early so we didn’t get to do or see much. It was nice overall and we would stay there again.

Please fix the coffee station and breakfast. It was sparse.

The staff was nice. The area was good. I felt safe. Love having a fitness centers

They had grab and go breakfast bags which are okay if you like a continental breakfast.

The fact that yall had a pool and it was clean in the rooms Front desk she was nice.

The breakfast should be free not worth paying 8.00 for adults and 6.00 for children..Breakfast should be free...
