We liked the multiple chairs in the room. The bathroom was beautiful It was a nice room and comfortable.

The floor in the bed area could use mopping. The only reason I found that out was that I dripped some water on it and whne I cleaned it up the kleenex was very dirty. Also, the eggs and sausage were dry and we got the last of it at only 7 a.m. No more was brought in even though a staff lady came in while we were there. There was little food of any kind when we left.

The room was very clean and the facility smelled clean as you walked through the door. The young man who checked us in was very friendly and gave us a lower floor room when requested. We loved the breakfast and the lady who served the breakfast. Even the man cleaning the rooms was very friendly and obliged when I asked him for an extra washcloth and bath towel.

I liked everything about the facility with the exception of not having a median to cross over directly into the facility. That is a street department/highway issue and out of the motel's control.

Great location to UA for my classes since I am from out of town. Clean rooms. Front desk staff Jackie and Gina are super sweet. I had an issue my first stay and the property manager Mr. Harris contacted me personally and solved the problem quickly. I have never had that happen before. He was extremely nice and professional. Great stay and would definitely recommend. Please support this business.

It was quiet, the bathtub was huge! My bed was a standard size, but I was alone. It was very comfortable.

It was too dark for me to read or write. Lol, I got lost in the hallway, I was on the bottom floor and hadn't paid attention to where I had come in. The tub had been reglazed and was peeling, but it was clean and I enjoyed my bath. However, I called and was told yes they had breakfast. When I checked in, I was told that I would be given a bag instead. I explained that I was told they had breakfast and I asked for alternatives to the honey bun, crackers, and cereal bar they offered, since I was gluten intolerant. I thought the front desk was very helpful until the next morning and found no such alternative was arranged. If I had known prior, I would have been better prepared but this was a last minute trip.

The breakfast was delicious. Our shower was a little messed up but we made the best of it. The hot water didn't last too long but it was full when we were there so I understand. Overall it was a good stay.

The floors could have been a little cleaner. My socks were so dirty after walking the floor.

Clean room; liked that there were vinyl plank floors. It had a mini fridge and coffee pot. Appeared to have been recently redone. One of the few hotels available for one night due to it was a big football game weekend. The hotel workers were very nice.

The bedding topper has seen better days. But sheets were very clean and that was all I cared about after an Alabama night game!

The price rate and the cleanliness of the room. The room was very nice with microwave &fridge. I would stay again.

The TV was not working. I contacted the front desk clerk. She came to check remote,change batteries but still not able to.work. She said that the maintenance man was at another property&she will give a courtesy call when he arrived. No contact&no tv at all during the stay.

The staff is always awesome and very helpful. The rooms always clean and tidy. Very relaxing. Mini frig microwave and one cup coffee pots. Great free hot breakfast I mean eggs and sausage. Smells great!!

It was all great nothing bad to say at all.

The friendliness and the cleanliness!

Not having the option to take a left out of the parking lot. The street has guardrails so you have to make a right and the make u turn to get to the Sam’s Club or Walmart.

Actually had a cheese omelet for breakfast - pleased that it wasn't just a limited selection of pastries and such. The room was nice, clean, and met my needs for the night.

Room 101 is right across from the ice machine - though once I was in bed with the a/c running I didn't notice an excessive amount of noise.
