We really liked the size of the room. It was very roomy for the 4 of us. The small kitchen area was great and the bathroom was plenty spacious. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The location to the University of Alabama was great. Just a few minutes away. Elevators were quick and the employees at breakfast and the desk were great.

There is no fan in the bathroom. It gets very warm in the bathroom when showering. Also, the breakfast is sparse. They have the typical stuff, but no orange juice or any juice for that matter. Also, you must ask for towels everyday. and new soaps, they did not have any shampoo except for baby shampoo in our room...strange. When I asked the desk why our garbage wasn't changed and no new towels they said I need to ask for that. Make sure you ask :) We were there for three nights with a full kitchen and the same garbage! Thought that was a bit odd too. In the evening you could hear the people walking above you very loud and the highway outside the window is like a drag racing strip!

Large quiet room with full kitchen. Plenty of room to eat, work, sleep. Convenient location right off of highway for overnight stop between Savannah and Dallas.

Pet fee was a bit high. $75 for entire stay but for only one night it increased the price of the room substantially.

very clean & great location

had to wait like 10 minutes at check in, there was no one at the desk, after checking in the clerk tried to charge me a second time for the room, I told him I had already paid online but he said it didn’t show in his computer, I had to show proof on my phone so I wouldn’t get charged again, clerk said my pmt didn’t show in the computer.

Once I walked through the front doors, the atmosphere was very clean. The kitchen was very nice elevator very clean, not sticky. The room were also overrated clean. I love everything about this hotel. I must come again.

Did not eat breakfast

There was a face cloth left in my bathroom from a previous stay so I'm wondering if the bathroom was cleaned at all??

the breakfast was excellent, the staff were very accomodating

Very busy street some of the doors to get in and out to the pool werent operating with key card so had to walk a much longer distance to get access to the pool

The cleanliness of the hotel was most impressive. It was obvious that the staff took care to ensure their guests had the comforts of home. This might be a bit inappropriate but I was confident that I was sleeping on fresh linen😊

The continental breakfast wasn’t all that great.

staff was excellent. they were the most accommodating staff I’ve encountered and they were short handed. We go to Tuscaloosa to visit granddaughter who goes to school there and will make this our go to hotel. will let other visiting family member know too

the only negative is the pet charge is a little more than other hotels

Mrs. Pat at the front desk was the best. She greeted us upon arrival with true southern hospitality. All of the staff members were excellent. Mr Haley (manager) worked his tail off meeting and greeting guests and ensuring everyone had what they needed during breakfast. Breakfast was plentiful. We will be back. Thank you for being so hospitable.
