I like the fact that it was very clean up front, and the staff was very friendly and inviting. It smelled really nice all through the property. I love the view from our window.

There were only two things that I did. not like about the stay. One was the shower had some hair on the tub walls maybe from a previous stay. Therefore, we just did a thorough cleaning of the shower before use. The second thing was a hole in our cover on the bed, it may have happened in laundry.

The facilities were exceptionally clean and modern. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were greeted at the door and everyone was very attentive to our needs. The location was just off the interstate and convenient to everything! The level of cleanliness and attention to detail was amazing. The rooms were comfortable and sizeable, well above the average square footage of comparable hotels. The Paul Mitchell products were a bonus. The handwritten welcome in our rooms was a personal touch. I will be back again!

We had an excellent stay at this location! It was clean, convenient, great service, the staff was wonderful and they had 24 hour security!! We also were able to bring our dog in with us which was wonderful. Having that extra security, with our truck loaded for the move was another measure of Security and peace of mind! Also, the breakfast was delicious was and having a round the clock coffee bar was fantasti. The stay was just great! If we're ever through Tescaloosa again we will definitely stay there. One more thing, the bed's, very comfortable. So glad we found this place. We were exhausted and having the comforts and security that we had made the stay even better. Thanks again.

The employees at the front desk was courteous and attentive. There was breakfast that started from 6a til 10a. and it was also quiet being that we were right by the freeway.

The mattress is extremely hard, no softness to it at all! I was very surprised that no one commented on the bed being too firm/hard. It does not move, there’s no bounce whatsoever!

Everything was great as to be expected.

The breakfast staff was rude and loud. One patron stood at the one waffle maker and made waffles for at least 8 family members. It took at least 20 min. She was there when I came down at least 30 min before breakfast ended. At 15 minutes leafy for breakfast she had used all the batter. Several patron asked for more and the staff refused. And we could hear her saying she didn’t have time, she was getting ready to close. etc. we shoulda’….. Also wouldn’t bring out more milk. we still had 15 minutes left! I asked the desk clears for assistance because I didn’t want to talk to the rude kitchen staff. the desk clerk referred me back to her. Horrible service from the kitchen staff. RUDE.

The hotel is very nice, modern and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfy and I slept well. There is a free breakfast included that was great, waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Of course there was various breads, cereals, etc. The coffee must've been good because the hubby had several cups! The employees, from customer service to housekeeping to breakfast staff were exceptional. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

There wasn't anything about the hotel to complain about. I will add that the location and GPS don't really work well together so don't listen to your mapping system.

we're traveling from Houston to Virginia and this seemed to be a good halfway point. I made the reservation a few days before our trip for one night(just to catch some shut eye) and facilities were clean, really good water pressure in the shower, beds were comfy , lobby was welcoming... the only reason I'm giving this an 8 or 9 out of 10 is because there's a $100 deposit and will be refunded 1-3 days later but I didn't see that anywhere in the hotels details ... other than that our night here was very good and I did think the price was fair

I do not appreciate Wyndham adding 50.00 or 100.00 to my bill as a “hold” until several days after checkout. There is no reason for this. If there are damages to my room, they have my credit card number to charge me later. We had to spend several hours checking our account to be certain that the 100 was refunded. Plus the 50.00 that was held at the LaQuinta the day before in Goodlettesville TN. Upon checking to see that 50.00 was refunded, we discovered that they charged us an extra 115.92 that we have to now make phone calls to rectify. We spent 2 nights there and charged for 3 nights. I plan on making sure we will be not charged a “hold” amount before I book with Wyndham in the future. Not happy with this policy!!!

The breakfast was perfect. So many options and everything was delicious. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had no problem being comfortable, even with 3 small children. The lobby was always clean and inviting and the staff was friendly every time we encountered them. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting all around Tuscaloosa county so the immediate interstate access made the daily to and from easy. We will definitely stay here again for our next visit to Title Town.

Honestly, there was nothing unpleasant. Everything was perfect.

The breakfast both mornings was hot. It had a variety for everyone to choose from each morning. The eggs, sausage, and hash browns were fabulous.

Due to heavy traffic in the area and not being clearly marked getting to the hotel was a little stressful the 1st time. The ice maker on our floor was not working properly, but that could have been a result of high occupancy during our stay.
