Tru By Hilton Goodyear Phoenix West, Az

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was extremely nice. Our room was very clean and bed so comfy. The complimentary breakfast was also really good and had a nice variety of a spread. Overall, we would highly recommend Tru hotel and would definitely stay again in the future!

The only thing I would say that could make this hotel better would be if they added a pool. :)

Staff was 100% friendly and super helpful.

It didn't seem like they really cleaned the shower. Scuff marks on the floor of it and the corners looked pretty grimy.

The staff was very friendly. The check-in/out policy is excellent - I showed up right before midnight and that was totally fine, and checkout wasn't until noon. Also, the little desk in the room was cute and comfortable for working! Not to mention that I had a palm tree right outside my window, which blocked the sun and gave cute vibes to my hotel experience.

The AC unit was pretty loud and had visible dust in it. The room looked really clean at first glance because the furniture is all new, but there was some dust in the corners.

Breakfast was great. Always like bananas but you did not have them. Staff was wonderful. Loud band sound both nights in the middle of the night could not figure out where it was coming from.

Nothing to eat, checked in about 10:45 nothing to eat around or in hotel.

the pancake machine did not work all the time and was down for one complete day. we were looking forward to it. and disappointed when it was broke

the price for the room at 200.00 a night for 5 nights was over the top and ridiculous. this room and stay was not worth 200.00

Loved the newness of this hotel. Very happy color scheme. Loved the modern furniture, pool table, and snack food in the lobby area. Especially enjoyed relaxing in the egg shaped swinging chairs. Very amicable staff.

Small drawback is not being able to walk to any shops. It's in a large empty lot with one other hotel next to it .... but it's only a 2 minute drive to tons of food choices and shopping.

Very good breakfast and the staff were very courteous

No coffee in room….plenty down in lobby. I was surprised they are dog friendly even to multiple dogs. I had no problems with noise or barking so they had good owners . No complaints with anything at the hotel

The staff were pleasant. I like the fact that they had a pool table although I didn't get the time to play. I really liked how bright and colorful it was.

It was a nice hotel but my room wasn't properly clean upon arrival. Staff were very pleasant and took care of the problem. Overall it was a nice looking clean hotel. I do wish they had a hot tub

The staff was helpful and friendly, Rooms was spotless and comfy. Loved the fact that there was coffee 24/7 and it was always hot. Location was amazing not far from restaurants or shopping places.

This location was amazing, we enjoyed everything about it. We definitely recommend Tru. We loved that it really accommodated the whole family, the game lobby definitely was amazing
