Studio 6 Suites Flagstaff AZ

We really enjoyed our stay, check in was quick and easy. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean. I did find that it was inconvenient when we were hit with a snow storm during our stay and management had no knowledge and or plan of action of when a snow plow would come etc. They didn’t have shovels available either and we were scheduled to check out a couple hours later. Of course, I do understand that weather conditions are out of anyone’s control, but having a plan in place for snow storms, etc to connivence guests would have been nice. The restaurants in front of the hotel had there parking lot done before the sun came up so I definitely expected it would be similar. Other than that, great stay!

The staff at the front desk is very polite and helpful. I had accidentally booked a room with one bed on a very busy weekend but they were able to accommodate me. They are all very nice and helpful.

While the associate at the front desk was helping me, the line began to grow and I could tell it was stressful for him. While in the middle of assisting me, he began helping people in line behind me and stopped communicating with me regarding my issue. I felt like it would have been more helpful to complete one project before helping another. He had advised me to cancel my reservation on booking.com but then signed me up for a different room and it was a bit of a mess.

The room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very roomy.

The location was close to the freeway, which was good for us, but there was a lot of homeless in the area hanging around which made was uncomfortable. We considered not staying. There wasn’t any problems. The you man that checked us in was very nice, but very hard to understand. They had grab and go breakfast, but one bag didn’t have a granola bar in it.

We enjoyed it, good location and good views of surrounding areas. Very quiet and nice. The room was awesome and very spacey!

The grab and go breakfast wasn't the best. All the hotels we've gone to have had an actual breakfast. We had to buy our own breakfast. We typically choose hotels with breakfast so that's one thing we don't have to worry about.

motel was fantastic not too sure about the location but staff were friendly and helpful when needed information and rooms were very clean only issue was there was no house keeping but comfortable stay some times could hear traffic noise during the night mostly

The room was very clean and comfortable. I liked the color green the walls were painted. Bold choice but it worked. Relatively quiet room despite nearby highway and railway. Easy access to several freeways. Also close to gas and food.

The guy hanging around outside his room coughing and coughing and coughing (without a mask or covering his mouth) during a pandemic. Also the no smoking ban was not very enforced. Lots of cigarette butts located right outside rooms.

I was hesitant to book because some had said it wasn’t the best area. We did take everything out of our car at night and we weren’t out late but I was very impressed! Room was clean, super comfortable, bagged breakfast was simple but nice, great value for money. And close to downtown!

Quiet, clean and comfortable bed. I was looking for least expensive rate and this is the best for that. I stayed at the others that were least expensive in that area and they were horrible. Will definitely choose this hotel next visit.

I don't like paying a lot for hotels. Its not a resort and I don't plan on staying in the room. Its just a place to sleep and shower.

There was no reservation for us from booking.com when we arrived. The did have a room available at same price and all worked out well.

The big space of the room made it very comfortable for my family.

I didnt like that underneath the couch was not vacuumed. I also didnt like that I had to call the front desk for a plunger while staying in a suite.
