Our room had the curtains with lint on the far end. Had no USB connections. Your policy on handling washer and dryer ir the hostess on duty were not appropriate (no change, unable to charge 5.00 to the account to hand out quarters and bad attitude toward the issue of a tall Caucasian long blond hair and glasses on duty with Courtney (whom saved the bad experience) and probably a bit of decoration during the breakfast on the counters abd/or tables would add a festive touch to an excellent breakfast and fantastic staff

Stayed here for 2 nights while traveling around on a 3 week Holiday. 2 adults 3 kids 17, 13 and 11. Great location 5 mins drive from where you want to be (Down town, shops, restaurants and supermarkets). Nice pool area, very friendly and helpful staff. Parking very close to the building. Great breakfast where you can make your own Waffles, fun for younger kids. To add to the breakfast experience there is an area where you can order freshly made omelettes. Didn't use the bar and didn't have dinner there. Would definitely recommend this hotel again.

Only because I have been asked, the rooms could do with a little updating, just a little.

The location was great. The breakfast was awesome. Every morning we looked forward to the "made to order" omelets and the cook was so nice especially when dealing with so many different orders. We also liked the two free cocktails offered every evening and the bartender was super cool.

The couch in the living room wasn't very comfortable for watching TV but we didn't come to Flagstaff to watch TV so it was fine. The room seemed a little smaller than other Embassy Suites we've stayed at but probably because the layout was different.

The staff were great! We loved the complimentary reception, and the breakfast exceeded expectations. The location is exceptional -- literally adjacent to NAU and within walking distance of downtown Flagstaff.

The rooms we were in could use a little bit of a refresh. If you're someone who wants to settle in to your room, this might not be the place for you. This is a perfect option if you want to wake up, brush your teeth, and go experience everything Flagstaff has to offer -- and come back and almost immediately go do bed.

We love the location of this property as well as how nice it is. The breakfast is great!

Parking was a bit dark and with what appeared to be an abatement property next door made it a bit harder traveling as we felt like we needed to take all our luggage into our room or risk our car being broken into and things stolen. We paid for parking, but no security was seen.

Breakfast options were very good. Also Managers reception in the evening was very goof. This is an older property which could use some renovation, however it was very clean. I would highly recommend staying at this properrty.

The hide-a-bed was VERY, VERY uncomfortable. Tried putting blankets over the "Mattress" but that didn't help. That was the only complaint for our two days in Flagstaff. Replace the hide-a-beds!

Upon arrival: FD agent was excellent, acknowledging all guest, quick and efficient. Lobby and public areas of hotel very inviting, clean and maintained. Room very clean except for incident mentioned above, spacious, beds and sofa sleeper so comfortable, had two room suit to accommodate our party of 5 loved that hot water stayed hot for all to get ready. Maintaince came up and fixed tvs promptly and so polite. Regarding the vacuum situation spoke with FD in person regarding the lack of response from earlier in day. She was apologetic and polite. Within minutes housemen contacted and within 20 min Dustin the housemen was at room. I feel with the cost of stay the small misha were a 100% prevemtable All I've received was a standard general copy of letter. Which is nkt good.

$30 shy of a $500 2 day stay Upon arrival: both tvs didn't work, half full arrowhead water bottle on bedroom window sil. After arrival: called FD @9am asked if a vacuum can be brought up. Lady said she will have it brought up. 12:30pm still nothing called to advise we are going out but they have permission to come in to vacuum. Lady stated she gave info to housekeeping she was to vacuum when she came to my room. Upon leaving room I see housekeeping cart about 4 rooms down. Reutrned around 5:30pm after 2 prior calls and confirmation still nothing!

Breakfast was nice I appreciate that they still offered breakfast and it was packaged nicely. It would of been nice to have more options that could be packaged though like cereal and milk for kids. Towels are a great size you normally get small towels for a kid but these were bath sheets which is nice for adults.

No trash bags in the room and when we went to the front desk they gave us a huge bag for like an outdoor trash can. Also there was a note by the ice bucket that said you could call the front desk for prepackaged ice to be delivered to your room but the front desk said they don’t offer that service you have to get it yourself.

Amazing breakfast, made to order omelettes with a cook! Staff helpful. Had 2 TVs, that was nice.

Beds were so small. We have 5 in family, each bed like skinnier than a full. We had 2 beds, sofa bed, and really tight, and one child is small. Rooms small and tight too.
