The location was excellent. The staff were very helpful and arranged taxi to the airport. It is old style but had everything you needed. Lots of hot water, great heater and big TV in the room. The staff were helpful at the desk. I'd recommend it for location and reasonably priced.

We were looking for a hotel that was walkable to Flagstaff Amtrak Station and restaurants as we had no car. The hotel was perfect for this. The only reason that I did not give the hotel a 10 in all categories was that had I been staying longer, I would have preferred a shower that was in a little bit better condition. It seemed to be showing signs of age.

the location was superb as it was centrally located, so was able to venture without always needing to use my vehicle.
The Wi-Fi was so problematic that has to rely on my own hotspot option from my phone and iPad. Never has so much problems with using motel Wi-Fi.

The location right downtown made it easy to walk everywhere.
The parking lot is not big enough for all of the guests, especially for those with full size trucks. Also, our shower rod was duct taped up, and of course fell during the night.

This was the perfect location for my family and I to have a quick overnight stay to do a bit of skiing and to have easy access to downtown. Literally a 4 minute walk! Beds were super comfortable.
