The L Motel Downtown/NAU Conference Center

Very friendly management. Screen window. 'Rain shower'/updated bathroom. Good door lock. Clean bed. Full length mirror. Electric space heater. Good chair and foot rest. Ceiling fan. Faucet water is hot enough for tea! Good wi-fi. Next to a nice coffee shop. Quarter mile to a large grocery store & a dollar store. Very near to a good canyon touring company, the observatory, campus, Downtown, and a forested park and trailhead. Gas station across the street. Sandalwood shampoo included!

Normal wear and tear. Some road noise. Internet t.v. takes some getting used to.

The location of the motel is very convenient. It`s not so far from Amtrak train station and Greyhound bus station. The pizzeria, very good coffee cafe, and a big food supermarket are located very close to the motel. The owner of the motel is a very nice person. He does try to do all the best from his side, and he was so kind that did drop me off at the bus station.

The facilities of the motel are rather old, and some at least cosmetic repair of the room would be reasonable.

The rooms are good. The guy was so cool and nice usually they judge you so much in this area I felt good here this guy just minds his business.

this is a great little motel super easy walk to downtown, even in the snow. this was my second time staying there because the staff is so friendly. I had to stay an extra night due to the snow and the staff was so accommodating. They have gas wall heaters so the room gets super warm and cozy. The man who runs the motel is so friendly and was always saying hello and asking how I was doing and gave great advice when I got snowed in and also restaurant recommendations. I 100 percent recommend and will stay here every time I am in flagstaff.

Super comfortable bed and shower. Relaxing atmosphere. Close to downtown bus station so can go to the movies whenever you feel like it. Staff is very polite and approachable and helpful with questions about local places to eat and how to get around town.

No coffee maker or Free coffee. It's just that for the price they charge for the room then free coffee or Free breakfast of some kind would be good.

Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was neat and appropriately appointed, clean bedding, towels, bathroom essentials, etc.. Paid for a queen size bed and was given a king.😁 a/c blew cold and made a perfect amount of white noise to help us sleep. No noise from neighbors. The exterior seems older and a bit rough, but it belies a nice, affordable, comfortable place to stay. Definitely will book there again!

Only downside was that the ice machine was out of order, but with no sign to indicate that. I lost a quarter in it finding that out.

Location, price, pet friendly and staff. The owner of this little motel was very friendly, suggested where to eat, downtown Flagstaff was within walking distance and the price point for just a couple of nights was perfect. I will definitely stay again.

The room is very dated, needs new flooring for sure and please fix the plugs in bathroom so guests can use their hair dryers. 1 bed was more comfortable than the other but I still had a good nights sleep.

The check in process was very easy. I could park my motorcycle in front of my bedroom door. Room size was OK and the bed was comfortable enough.

A little noisy from guests arriving at the parking lot. Wifi did not work properly at times, I had to ask the motel owner to restart the router twice. Then it worked OK.

The location of the motel (right next to the conference center). The rates were very good too. Bed was super comfy, and the TV was quite useful to me

The rooms are a bit old, but when compared to the price, this is something you would expect
