The rooms were beautiful but the decor was cold

Pleasant newer hotel with spacious suites including kitchen facilities. Luxurious bathrooms and memory foam mattresses. Breakfast was one of the best hotel provided meals I’ve had. Supervised self serve with masks and gloves. Fresh food including scrambled eggs and made from basics sausage patties. Good oatmeal and trimmings. Nice fruit salad and dry cereal selection. Kids will like fiddling with the waffle maker. Plenty of newly brewed coffee. There is an indoor pool that looked pleasant, but I didn’t put on my speedos for a swim. Workout room with a few treadmills. Hotel is conveniently located for Amtrak station... if you should want to take the train to Flag. Also walking distance to the old downtown so you can buy your Patagonia underwear and accessories. Good parking for your turbo diesel 4WD Silverado... though it will be $9 per nite extra.

Very little to dislike. It is one of the pricier hotels in town, but good value. One glitch was that the billing of your credit card includes multiple steps where they seem to charge you a lot more than the booking price. Then it somehow gets “corrected” after a few days closer to the price you expected. Perhaps that’s in case you try to drive off with a fridge and Tv or something. Not sure what would have happened if I hadn’t checked on the charges before we left. It says on the room door that the max they will charge you per night is $1000... so keep that in mind.

Great location. Great staff. Very clean and very comfortable stay. Great variety at breakfast buffet.

The room was super comfy. Everything was great inside and out. Perfect location close to downtown. Staff was friendly. Parking was nice and right across the street. It's nice to have a full size fridge. Our room had a view of the park, which I loved.

We had to pay $100 for a pet fee, when it wasn't advertized through THIS website (booking.com). It was a complete surprise when we went up to check in and we had to pay the $100, after we had already paid for the room. That's a pretty high fee for one night. $30-$50 would be more reasonable. More importantly, it should have been part of the initial price, or explained on the site so it wasn't a surprise as we checked in.

Property is very conveniently located. You can walk to the downtown area easily where there are many restaurants, bars, breweries, shops, entertainment, etc. Staff was excellent, very attentive and accommodating. Hot breakfast daily was excellent. Room was set up perfect and was spotless. As was the entire hotel.

Road noise was very loud. We moved rooms after not sleeping the first night. We also had a problem with our freezer making an incessant knocking noise. The 2nd room was quieter but when the people in the next room walked, our entire floor vibrated.

No matter the problem the service was spectacular and they worked hard to fix any problems.

Love the kitchen and glass/plates and refrigerator, very comfortable bed, quiet and good size rooms, love the high ceilings, very clean, good quantity of towels,

Electric drapes keypad didnt work, Could use more cable tv options for the price, Laundry room a challenge machines say option to use card but only take coins, The inroom coffee maker is full size but hotel puts single serving filters so not easy to use unless you buy your own coffee and filters
