The complimentary breakfast was very good and the breakfast room is nice and spacious. The location is very practical when you come from Phoenix; you don't have to get into Tucson before reaching your hotel, and the parking is free. The staff was nice and helpful. I needed to attend two online meetings, and the small business center was perfect for that. The late check-out time makes packing and departing stress-free. There was a little kitchen in the room and coffee was also available in the hall. All that for an honest price (at least off-season). We plan to come back for another weekend trip sometime this year, as there are other things we want to visit in Tucson and this is a very good place to stay to explore the area. (It was a good option to visit Biosphere 2)

The sofa bed my son used was perfect for a 12-year-old, probably less so for an adult in terms of mattress thickness, but there two comfortable double beds in the room already so you don't have to use the sofa unless you are five. The pool could have been a little cleaner. Other than that, we loved our stay there! Very relaxing.

I'm down in Tucson quite often. I've tried several hotels in Tucson, but was always disappointed. Never got a good night's sleep. Most of the hotels are older and drab. From the time we walked in, the front desk attendant was quick and efficient. She suggested we go to Sais for dinner and it was wonderful! The hotel was wasn't just clean - it was shiny. The bed was so comfortable, I slept through the night.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Breakfast was buffet in a designated room. Rooms are very spacious, with a lounge area and kitchenette. They recycle. Full amenities.

Pool and hot tub were black. Unsure if they were clean or supposed to look that way. We decided not to use. Beds were too hard for my taste. Our room was on the main floor, next to the drive next to the restaurant. We heard delivery trucks and garbage trucks at 5am. If there are people in the hall, you can hear them through the door, that also lets in light. Not all stations on the TV came through. Not close to I-10.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. On the last day I came down with the flu and was sick during the night. Two ladies working downstairs helped my boyfriend put together a little meds kit that included tea, cough drops and other meds to help me. That was so appreciated!!

Only the A/C didn't stay on and it was a little stuffy, but not too bad.

The view was impeccable. Simply gorgeous. The rooms were huge also. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was nice for hubby and I to sit out there while they played.

I would have been nice if the mattress was a little bit more comfortable. It was a little too firm for me and hubby.

Quieter part of Oracle, quiet room on side with mountain view, comfortable room, nice pool /hot tab/patio area looking up to the mountains, nice breakfast room, lots of options for take out dinner and groceries nearby. Very close to Catalina State Park. Lots of hiking nearby. Good internet for Zoom meetings, and did not have to pay extra for available upgrade. Super warm and friendly staff.

Please provide more recycling throughout the facility.

The breakfast; pool; jacuzzi and everything was brilliant. Clean and staff extremely friendly and helpful. The 24-hour coffee in reception and reading nook an asset.

The room was spacious. The hot tub & pool were great. The breakfast was really good with lots of tasty options. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful.

Our bed was rather hard. The cleanliness of the bathroom was a little below standards upon check-in. Overall, this is a fine property and would stay again.

Beds and pillows were comfortable.

I do not like the fact that dogs are allowed in the rooms, and the people we saw walking with their dogs inside the hotel were obviously NOT service dogs. Also, this should be disclosed at time of booking because many people have pet allergies, and I myself do not like to sleep in a bed that had a dog or cat sleeping in it too. Breakfast was just ok. Would be nice to have a choice of bacon for a change. Ice machine was not working.

Breakfast was fine. The bed was very comfortable. The location is good for visiting family.

The furniture is looking worn, as is the cabinetry. One drawer would not stay shut. The room felt a bit dark.
