Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown North

I booked knowing breakfast was included but there was a change in my schedule so i was leaving the hotel before breakfast starts so its a bummer! But when i approached the desk to see if i can get anything for breakfast since i am leaving the hotel early, the front desk lady (did not catch her name) offered me yogurt, bagels, cereals to take in my room!! I think this was a great offer to compensate for the free breakfast i was missing everyday! Also a nice guy at the desk Bee was very accommodating to my needs!!❤️ My room was tidy and well kept! The elevator was clean and floor rugs does not smell!🌷location was great and close to big centers and hospital😀Love the complimentary drinks 🤪🥳! The staffs are friendly and always greets you with a smile! I think that says something a lot about the management😀

The sound of AC was annoying but when i slept it really did not matter because my bed and pillows were so comfy and soft🥳

Breakfast was Great, I loved the omelets, the food was great the bar was cool, no NBA channel couldn't watch the Warriors play, I love the location with the Trolley directly across the street. I was able to catch the Trolley to the airport to catch my flight home

Maybe more information on transportation to & from the Hotel, that would probably be about it... & add some more Sports channels to the bar area..

We were traveling with our service dogs and were charged $75 for them, they couldn't stay in any areas with us like the hotel lobby or bar, however it was the best breakfast ever, the bathroom and shower really nice too, Reception staff left a little to be desired, but the bar and breakfast staff were excellent.

Absolutely amazing! The establishment was beautiful, parking was close by and covered, staff were kind and helpful (called us a cab upon arrival), the complimentary breakfast was incredible! Pancakes, made to order omelets, fruit, muffins, breads, potatoes, eggs, bacon, etc! The room was very clean and spacious with a good sized king bed (decorated cute too). 10/10 experience.. we will be back.

Location and the staff at the front desk. The upgrade I received to a junior suite without the AC music.

My Studio room had a whistling AC. And according to the maintenance guy they all had that problem. Depending on your hearing frequency range a problem as in my case or a non-issue.

Dropping daughter off at college. Loved the evening reception. Room was great. Housekeeping and front desk - marvelous! Breakfast - tremendous - loved the fresh cooked omelettes.

Wish the pool was outdoors.

Staff service is excellent! I left my laptop at hotel when checked out, I was able to receive my laptop back by staff's instruction to go FedEx online, create shipping label and schedule pick up. Very happy the laptop was returned intact.

The location of the hotel, the staff, and the bartenders were super friendly. 👌

Our shower glass was dirty, and the shower floor had footprints. There was hair on the floor by the toilet. Everything else was great.

Facility, decoration, quiet

Pool is loud with kids screaming in indoor pool area and it echoes pretty bad. They splash water everywhere so sitting is rough trying to stay dry to watch your own little kid swim.

Very nice property. Definitely a little older but there were some nice updates made. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Staff was extremely kind and accommodating and the location is great.

The little "bar" area in each room with a sink and fridge was not very clean and dingy. The breakfast also needed some work. There was only coffee out of a machine, not even real, fresh brewed coffee. However, omelettes made to order were a really nice touch.
