The Camby, Autograph Collection

A beautiful hotel in an amazing location with lovely staff! I got a mountain view room and could watch the sunrise from my room every morning, it was truly wonderful! I also loved all the quirky design elements in the room, really cool!

The pool didn't open until 10AM and I was up early and check out is at noon so would have liked to have been able to use that a little earlier.

The hotel is beautiful and modern. The room was a good size and clean. The staff were all wonderfully friendly and helpful. We were impressed at the decor and thoughtful details throughout the spaces.

The pool area was a little underwhelming. It was also surprising that the cabanas were priced at what they were, considering the hotel was pretty quite that day. We still rented one and had a great time.

I love the Camby; I have stayed here before. Ask for a Mountain view. It is so lovely. The hotel is very conveniently located. It is so nice to be able to walk next door or across the street for nice restaurants and gelato. The hotel is interestingly decorated and comfortable. They have a nice bar and outside area. I will always stay at the Camby when I go to Phoenix.

The cleanliness could be improved. We had two different rooms. The first room there was a hair in the shower but you could only see it from inside the shower. So they really didn't clean it. In the second room you could see sploches on the bathroom floor. So it had been vacuumed or swept but not mopped.

The property staff has excellent customer service and was willing to help with any questions or concerns. The location was phenomenal and was convenient to many shops, restaurants, and tourists areas. We got to visit four different cities without going furthered then 30minutes away. The room was cozy and relaxing.

I did not like that we did not have a microwave in our room. I did not like the handicap shower, the tub was small and the shower head was strange and made it hard to have a regular shower.

The decor was so stunning and adorable. The pool and lounge were so well kept the staff was helpful and friendly especially Samantha at the front desk.

They did have a incidental hold and that’s totally cool but then having known that I would have just booked w my credit card but they required the card on file for the reservation alls well that ends well just feedback before you book

The flexibility of the staff. We had booked friends in for our son's wedding, but had to cancel the wedding and the rooms last minute do to covid. They were totally understanding and refunded us 100% making a difficult situation better!

It was all good! No issues.

Definitely prefer the Camelback area as opposed to downtown Phoenix. Beautiful Mountain Views every morning started our days perfectly. Great staff as well

The front desk was so great! I told them it was my anniversary and they set up champagne and berries in my room with a lovely note congratulating my wife and me. This was the nicest and most generous action I’ve experienced at a hotel. I’m definitely coming back here!

The exceptional staff Samantha & John. Samantha went over and above with our daily room needs during Covid, directions, recommendations on local spots and a sweet surprise for sampling in our room. John did express check out, got our car pulled around and ready to go for our early check out and flight.

Room was nice and the hotel was gorgeous

I didn't like that the price booking.com was way off. I paid over $200 more than what booking.com stated it was going to be.
