... everything else was pitch perfect! I liked that there is a Waffle House right in front just before the hotel's entrance at Christie's. Also, the hotel is directly across the street from Arizona Mill Mall!
A little mold beginning to grow on the ceiling corner above the bath tub.... I suggest a bit more thorough cleaning. Other than that a fresh coat of paint once in awhile would make the accomodations PERFECT! The pool area locked up, if the pool was covered and guests had access to pool loungers. I understand the Covid scare, but by now with public awareness a spray bottle of sanitizer and paper towels or poolside guest towels. There shouldn't be a problem... Oh yeah, aren't swimming pools "shocked" for sanitation/sterilization of foreign invaders?

The staff was kind helpful and honest. The room was spacious bed sheets were clean. The floors were nice. The mini fridge kept our items very cold.
Price vs quality. The bathroom need updating. The tub was old and worn cracking. The shower head needed to be replaced. Someone's else tooth paste was in the sink.

I always stay at Ramada nationwide because of the value for my money. But this location is unsatisfying. All Ramada's offer free good breakfast even with COVID except this location, only free coffee. At 7am somebody was sleeping at the couch, the free coffee was not even ready and the dining area was filthy.

Noticing the house cleaners just hanging out in one of the rooms all together which I thought was kind of odd when they should have been cleaning the rooms made me feel kind of nervous
