Location was great. Very convenient to the airport. Would have taken advantage of the airport shuttle if we had known they were running at 3:30a.m. Hotel was extremely clean! Restaurant on premises was great! Didn't get a chance to try the breakfast as we left so early. Will stay longer next time!

Check In clerk downgraded the room I had paid for and put me on second floor when I had booked, for more cost, a larger 'Concierge King' room Told me there was no King in the larger room. Did not offer to adjust my rate, so I ended up with doubles on the upper floor. This should not have played out like this in front of the client.

I liked while staying on the second floor housekeeping still left a little gift basket of towels and items even though I did not have my room service. Everyone throughout the hotel was really attentive and anything I needed more than willing to help

The friendly staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms, you could not hear the freeway through the windows, the decor was modern and updated, parking was easy & the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was amazing! Very clean and a great location for needing to be close to the airport. They had a shuttle service running, which was great. The rooms were clean and the bed was SO comfortable!
The only thing that made me give the hotel a 9, instead of a 10, was that their breakfast service was closed on Sunday. I’m not sure if this was limited hours due to COVID restrictions, but I thought that of all days, a Sunday would be very helpful to keep the dining open, as this is a common day for guests to be traveling and checking out.

Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice walk in shower. Had a balcony for a nice view of the highway and airport. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of parking available. Will be staying again.

Great location, room was clean and spacious also quiet. Beds were comfy and staff were friendly.
Open buffet during Covid where masks were optional. We opted to just eat at the restaurant vs. the free buffet. No free wifi unless you belong to their points program.
