The room was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable. I liked how the bathroom was not in the bedroom giving more privacy.

The fire alarm went off at 5 am. There was no communication from the front desk or security. When we called the front desk to make certain it was ok to stay in our rooms after the alarm stopped he was very rude.

It was nice for the price, separate sleeping and living area. Bed was comfortable, the water was hot, and the AC worked.

Our microwave didn't actually heat anything, there were no bags in any of the trash cans, a dead bug on the floor, our kitchen sink backed up for whatever reason, we hadn't even used it. But I went to rinse my son's cup one day and there was a bunch of sediment in it, I'm pretty sure it was clean when we got there though. The back of the bathroom door could have used a wipe down. One of the front desk receptionists was pretty off putting when I called and asked if I could pre pay for our room - short answer is no apparently.

We loved that we were able to check in early without an early check-in fee. The front desk was always helpful and nice.

The room had an off smell that I couldn't identify. We had dinner in the restaurant. The wait staff was not the best for explaining menu items and after our order was taken that person didn't speak to us until it was time for the check. The other person working brought the food and checked on us periodically. The steak was a cheap gristle cut but the edible parts were flavorful.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The separation of the bedroom and sitting room. The convenience to restaurants and department stores. We dined in for breakfast at Brix and it was awesome each time with superb customer service….oh and those chocolate chip with pecan cookies they give you at check in were the absolute BEST 😂

The location of the property wasn’t what expected as far as the neighborhood but no one bothered us so after being there a few days we were fine.

I loved loved loved every interaction I had with every staff member from check in all the way to facilities. The room was clean, I witnessed with my own eyes that they launder the bedding and towels as the laundry room is on site. The room was very nice, the view allowed me to keep an eye on my vehicle. I put the do not disturb sign up and my request was followed.

The only issue I found was that sink clogged up and wouldn’t drain back down and I seen 1 bug in the shower. The area was kind of sketchy but being on the property you would never know until you started traveling through the area. I stayed Thursday-Sunday and those wasted my only issues.

Location was great Shuttle to airport Aldo good. Brix was very good.

Specifically asked what time shuttle started and was asked what time my flight was. He then said, good the shuttle leaves at 8 am sharp. Next morning found out first one left at 7 am. I would have gone on that with all the travell problems going on. Also, called for pick up at airport after getting bags. Told 20 minutes, but after 1/2 hour no show. Took cab. Upside we were refunded for the cab.

The room was spacious and clean. Good location. Staff was welcoming. 😊

. Our server was super slow in restaurant. She kept forgetting what we had ordered. There is no teamwork in the restaurant. We got our appetizers after we got our entrées. We kept reminding her of our food and drinks. But the food was great. Thanks to the chef. The staff in restaurant was not in a good welcoming mood.

Our go-to hotel for trips out of Phoenix. Convenient location, easy booking, clean and comfortable.

Even in a seemingly empty hotel we'll still get loud next-door neighbors. No fault of the hotel other than not spacing their occupants. But it is frustrating when we have kids trying to sleep being woken up by neighboring guests stumbling in at 2 in the morning.

The complimentary laundry room was very convenient. It was nice being able to wash my clothes before leaving. One of the elevators wasn’t working at the time but there are a lot of stairs so no matter where you park it’s very easy to access your room

The beds were very comfortable. Being so close to the airport, there wasn't so much air traffic noise. The pool area was beautiful. The room was spacious and modern. The full closet was unexpected but so nice to have. The living room area was very comfortable and welcoming.

The beds were quite low to the floor, but still comfortable for sleeping. The air didn't get as cool as we prefer, but we were on the 5th floor so that could be the reason. No other complaints for our stay.
