Breakfast was great; they served hot and cold items. Good selection. Fresh fruit and yogourt was available which is great for someone with Celiac Disease. Appreciated it started at 6 am so we could eat before heading to airport.

The room we stayed in had some issues. The floor tiles were broken and grout was missing. The floor tiles moved and made noise when walked on. There was a poor repair in the shower and pieces of the plaster wiped off on us when touched. Bathroom counter was smaller than other Hampton Inns we have stayed at (no room for toiletry bag). Sheets didn't fit the king bed (elastic for fitted sheet was shot) and came off when we were sleeping (we ended up directly on mattress). Bug crawled across floor which I promptly killed. Room 345

Clean. Comfortable. Great value for the price, the staff that we met was very helpful.

The choice for the breakfast was limited. The instructions on how to perform the checkin online are unclear, the booking number that appears on booking does not work as booking number in your online checkin portal. The staff was not even aware on how to do that. Consider investing in some hours of training because that online checkin function is distinguishing you from the other hotels and it is a really great option to have!

I didn't like that the app( booking)never told me me about the $50 dollars charge that the hotel ask for and they told me that they will returned it after I check out and they never did they should tell the customer about this and don't just charge you extra after you get the place is like stealing charging you under the table or something not really happy about it thank you

Wow! What's not to like! First impression is the friendly staff, they couldn't be more welcoming! Our room was huge, clean and comfortable! It was like a suite! Even the bathroom was huge! The beds were also comfortable, I got a great night's sleep! Breakfast was very nice and the ladies that work the kitchen/dining room were so friendly, they kept checking in to see if everything was okay and what needed to be refilled.

My only comment would be that b/c Arizona lacks a mask mandate, it was uncomfortable eating in the dining room with other guests walking by without masks. That's not the hotel's fault though.

The convenience to the airport. The breakfast was excellent! The staff (at the front desk, Davone provided EXCELLENT service and a welcome and warm greeting! So did the young man at the front desk when we checked out, but I didn’t get his name. First impressions matter and we thank them!! Please let them know this!) All of the staff (breakfast room and janitorial staff were so friendly!) The room was comfortable (unique-closet door and bathroom door were the same) and the bed was the most comfortable bed that I’ve EVER slept in, in a hotel! I also appreciated the Lyft ride-share service provided in lieu of hotel shuttle service. My companions and I had a great experience there, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again if we are ever in that area again.

The property could use some modernization of the furniture and the carpet replacement. The little sofa in the room and the carpeting had stains on them.

Room, bed comfortable, Breakfast room spacious and clean, liked the fresh fruit available 24/7 (apples/banans)

Staff were glum, did not express a welcome, ignored us as we arrived...head down in computers. When asked a question they looked up and answered but not with an attitude of trying to please the customer. Hot water pot did not have really hot water in it after about 10 am- not good for Tea making.

good location- 5 miles from downtown good size room , king bed & sofa bed & still room to walk around & between. looked recently updated & modernized.

there was a little traffic noise as we faced the main road but not excessive. as the room had a wet bar & microwave some flatware & silverware would have been good - even the plastic kind.

Location was perfect after a late night arrival flying in from the East Coast. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient and were thoughtful in finding us a quiet room. The bed was super comfortable and the room was spotless - as were the common areas. Breakfast with freshly cooked waffles and fresh fruit was a great way to start the day. Parking was easy, convenient and free.

Breakfast was included and better than average. At first, the lack of a formal shuttle seemed like a problem but the hotel arranged for a Lyft at it's own expense and that proved to be extremely convenient and efficient.

As I commented, the breakfast was better than average, however, the only fruit was an aging apple. There should be much more in the way of fruit.

The climate control unit didn’t work not a big deal as it was moderate weather 60-70 also not a big problem but the dancing heard of cattle above my room was a slight inconvenience,Kids will be kids
