Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix-Surprise

Hot breakfast that changed each day. Room comfortable, although expensive because of Spring Training demand. Dennys out front, Albertson's in the same parking lot along with a McDonalds so easy to get supplies. About 2 miles from Costco for gas. 5 miles or so to Surprise Stadium, close to the 303 freeway. Nice pool area with comfortable seating.

The cost. The room was Los Angeles prices. I think outside spring training it would be around $160 a night, we paid a little more than double that.

Daily breakfast with variety of options. Mattress was SO comfortable! I didn't sink into bed when hubby got in. Very clean even with the fact they allow pets, and their were a handful of guests with dogs. It was no problem. Every staff member from morning to evening crew was so nice. I'd stay here again and the price was reasonable. The location for us was perfect. In middle from getting to Phoenix and Cave Creek areas.

The tv in workout room didn't work but I got through the workout just fine.

Pet friendly, nearby during home renovations, friendly staff, clean, free breakfast

Upstairs was very noisy, sounded like a bowling alley and maybe moving furniture around, louder than I’ve ever had in my life. Can’t control noisy neighbors but that’s all I can think of

The room was large and clean.

I didn't like getting blind sided with a $50 a night charge for my register ESA dogs. I have a written letter stating they can go wherever I go legally. There should be no charge. I was very upset by that. ESAanimals perform a service just like any other service animal. Anxiety that causes migraines is real. I won't go back.

We loved the location, the staff, and the cleanliness!

The fact that for breakfast on Friday AND Saturday mornings there was no regular half and half for coffee, only flavored half and half. When asked about it they just said they "ran out". Couldn't someone have run out and bought some, especially for the weekend?? Many people don't like or can't have flavored half and half. Other than that everything else was great!

Upon arrival we were given waters and greeted by Paula. She was very genuine and helpful. Great person, felt welcomed! Gave great area and restaurant advice. Facility was very clean and neat. The hallways were and smelled clean and the rooms were clean as well. Hampton uses great, comfortable mattresses. Love this place!!!!

The room was super nice! The couch was nice, clean, and comfy. The room was set up with everything needed to make our stay comfy, and it was well organized and not crowded. Super dog friendly; they even gave us a gift bag for the our pet. Breakfast as nice with a couple of hot dishes and the standard continental fare. Coffee was surprising good, which has not always been the case with the Marriott brands! :-( Overall, our experience was great. Clean, nice, well-kept hotel that was conveniently located for our needs.

Good check in, however my request was 1st floor and we got 4th floor. Being a Hilton member does not seem to be a perk??

4th floor Breakfast was so bland and looked so unappetizing that I noticed most people us included didn't eat it, But did have 2 banana?? And apples and yogurt

We were moving to Arizona and very tired so I don't remember a lot other than the front staff being very friendly. We very much appreciated that there was a place for us to park our UHaul truck and travel trailer. Also very much appreciated that we could have our dogs with us. Thank you!

The rooms were so big. There was plenty of space to move around.

We head to go to the 1st floor for the water filtered system. I enjoyed it very much but I am disabled and my daughter had surgery on her knee and it was difficult to get water but not impossible.
