Hilton Garden Inn Surprise Phoenix

Absolutely beautiful property! The outside and inside were extremely clean! It smelled "fresh" and I saw employees walking around to pick up any items that were left out. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of space. They had shelves in the bathroom so I didn't have to take up all the counter space with my belongings.

I didn't like the no cash policy for the deposit. This caused an issue with me getting to check in. They would not take cash and said they do not accept it. After finally resolving the deposit issue, they told me they take cash for the market items and breakfast! Definitely not good customer service. Also, the sliding door on the bathroom was extremely heavy to open and close.

I liked the location of the hotel it was only 10 mins from my son’s house. Also liked how spacious the room was I appreciated the rep assigning a disabled room for me because I did not request it she saw I was disabled at check in and gave me a room by the elevator. I also liked how quiet it was the entire time we were there.

The only negative was the bed the mattress was too soft and very difficult for me to get on to the bed. I have painful arthritis in both my hips so I ended up sleeping in the chair for the 2 nights we were there.

All nice, but confusion on breakfast. Evening receptionist was great, informative, and helpful. We had a lost piece of luggage being delivered some time. He was very helpful in rcving it and let us know it was delivered to the desk.

Breakfast, should have small items for lower price or complimentary. Over priced

Staff was amazing, facilities in excellent condition. Made to order breakfast reasonable and tasty. Very short walk to spring training stadium.

Way too expensive. As good as it was, and it was very good, it’s not a $300+ per night hotel.

The breakfast bar was awesome. I liked that there were a lot of options to choose from. Richard the waiter and Attoy the chef, were so friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious!

Loved the cleanliness of the room, and the breakfast restaurant. I appreciated the microwave and fridge in the room… it came in handy.

Nothing! Next time I come back to Phoenix, I will be staying here.

The hotel was clean and very inviting. Our room was comfortable, a great size, and the hotel is in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The only negative for me was the bedding. It was pretty scratchy, particularly the comforter. It would be nice to have some softer bedding.

The housekeeping staff does not keep up with the shampoo and cream rinse in the shower for staying filled. Both of them were empty. How to use my own shampoo & cream rinse good thing I brought it.

Nice, new hotel! Bar was good. Food from in-house restaurant was good!

Because it is so new, there’s not much out there. Limited for food & entertainment options unless you wanna drive.
