Quality Inn & Suites Phoenix NW - Sun City

rooms are clean and staff is great. Little nosiey with train and road but for what its worth that is obvious if you have good situational awareness. i typically stay at hiltons or hyatts. im finding that the Quality brand motels are giving an effort to the brand that should be comparable or to be seen nipping at the heels of the hotel brands Hilton and some Hyatts. this year ive stayed equally at Quality and Hilton. im finding Quality to be cleaner, and friendlier staff by far. room service now at some Quality locations is a wise addition .

We liked the staff. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Access to the room, (parking) was great. Even though the hotel was busy there was a parking spot directly in front of our room. Which was essential for us because we had som physical issues and didn’t have to carry our belongings far at all.

Liked everything. The only thing that seemed to take a long time was waiting for the hot water to come out of the shower head. It took like five minutes. So I’m the morning I started running it 5 minutes before I needed it. The hot/cold control was not working well. So once the hot water came out it could not be regulated well. Just check the shower out in that room. Still a worth while stay and we would stay there again.

Stayed here for the Taylor Swift concert. Messaged about early check in and was told 2 at earliest. Got there at 1 and was able to get my room so I was extremely happy since we were coming in from TN. The room was comfortable and the location was quiet despite the place being full. They had security around so it felt very safe as well.

The rooms are big and the location was perfect for me. Price was great, breakfast included. Definitely recommend. Have stayed previously and will stay next time in town. This is the only place I stay. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Fridge and microwave, table, chair and other seat, make the stay more comfortable.

Always have great staff. Room was clean! Big rooms, microwave, fridge, coffee, breakfast variety is decent. The TV has good movie channels. Close to restaurants, stores and many recreational options.

Everything was great as usual. Wasn't hard to find a parking spot close to room. We'll be back again next trip to the area.

Yes, I was very impressed with the overall outlook of your motel. The outside was well maintained, and looked VERY nice. Was most pleased with my room. As a former employee as a housekeeper, I now do room inspections and property inspections. I was given room 209, my hat comes off and I applaud the housekeeper that cleaned this room. I was very impressed, especially with the bathroom area. Very very clean and everything shined. Well done... If I was there on business your overall rating would be a 9, only because of limited access to the property - But you still deserved a 5🌟 rating. Front desk clerk - very nice and polite fast check-in... 5⭐ Property grounds - well maintained... 5⭐ Room 209 - very impressed... 5+🌟 Would definitely recommend... Keep up the great work! Denise W.

Everything was great

Only problem I had is I am paralyzed in a wheelchair. Positioning of beds an other furniture made a very difficult path to get to bathroom. The toilet was behind the bathroom door, the handicapped grab bar was useless as it was to high and to far back of person to reach. Made it very difficult and uncomfortable for person in wheelchair

The breakfast was excellent… many choices, hot and cold items… the waffle machine was great!!! Quick & easy and delicious

Well, there’s nothing that can be done about the location of the hotel… it is on a busy, well traveled Main Street… our room was next to the busy street, so the noise level was quite high, with speeding cars… we used the complementary ear plugs provided.

Considering the pandemic, the accomadations were amazing. WE could ask for any type of support. The staff was amazing. I will stay here again and again. We were her over a week and I felt safe and cared for. The hotel was central to everything I was doing for my trip, half way between Sedona and Tuscon and easy access all the way to Apache Junction.

The room for the most part was clean and I had more than enough towels. I could tell that the rooms had had an update to them and that was good.

I wish the carpets were cleaned a little more often. The only issue I had was that I was not aware that I had to ask the front desk for my grab and go breakfast and that my room entry door had a 2 inch gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. I was able to use a towel to cover the gap.
