SCP Seven4One Hotel

I loved everything about it when arriving we need a call we went in the back. Got our car parked valet went inside. Lindsay helped us check in and she was awesome. Service is great the sister hotel. Hotel Riviera gave us access to the beach was amazing. Overall just had a wonderful time. Can’t wait to tell friends and family. Can’t wait to go back another time to visit again spent the entire day on the beach with my wife and granddaughter because she came down with us to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary and then later on our daughter son-in-law and a couple of their friends came down also, accommodations were great the room awesome love the overhead showerhead in the shower just love the whole ambience of the hotel. The deck on the outside a hotel room was awesome. Ate dinner after that night. The atrium was beautiful in the front room with all the books is great. Also love the coffee didn’t have any wine not really wine drinkers but everything was awesome. We loved it. Can’t wait to go back again.

Just wow! The hotel looked beautiful. Loved the design. Calm atmosphere, serene. Can’t beat the location. Friendly and helpful staff. Very easy to communicate with them! It was an all around great experience in a beautiful beach town.

We requested no stairs since we were traveling with our infant (and planned to bring a stroller) and were told ahead of time that it wouldn’t be a problem. When we checked in we were told that they couldn’t accommodate. Turned out to not be a big deal, to be honest (we opted travel without the stroller). Was just odd. This is only being shared if I HAD to pick something to share.

Upon arrival, the host offered a complimentary drink with a variety of options! The host was so sweet and helpful! Entering my room felt so serene; the music and the smell of the diffuser. The overall ambiance of the hotel was very relaxing. The room was modern and very clean. The room also had a book and pillow spray on the side table which I loved! on the 1st floor there is a cute, open seating area with a fireplace, swinging chairs and twinkling lights hanging above. I would definitely come back and stay here again!

very large center area lounge plus 2 other lounge areas provided lots of comfortable areas to sit- plus the upstairs outside lounge to see the sunset over the Pacific. Staff were exceptional. Friendly, helpful, accommodating. answered all my requests, including late checkout

in this area of Laguna, there is no parking at any properties including this one except valet.I found metered parking ($2.50/hour) 8am-7pm within a block. In the evening there is free (metered) parking available on the side street just 50 yards away.

We booked last minute (as in 7pm the day of), we were in the area and knew we needed a hotel. A Google search brought up Seven4One hotel, price was want we want to spend for a one night stay, so I booked it. Loved the hotel when we got there the idea of no TVs is awesome. We are going to return for another stay with my Daughter. Also, I can't say how much I enjoyed the "Welcome Drink" it was brilliant!

Having to leave the room for water. Not much of a hassle, but I didn't want to wander in my undies. If I worked out a bit more and wouldn't scare people then it would be fine.

We loved the ambiance, very friendly staff, very clean, and great location! Nahid made our stay memorable by always tending to our needs with kindness and attentive service. She went above and beyond! Plus had an enjoyable conversation and she was very sweet!

Bathroom sink slow to drain. But staff tended as best they could by responding quickly to pour something down the drain to help.

the location is fantastic in terms of restaurants, shops and beach access. bed was very comfortable and shower were good

the rooms had no place to put clothing so we had to keep everything in the suitcases. there were no cubbies, hardly any hangers to put anything. also the closet had no cover or door, so I didn’t love looking at the fridge, iron, folding ironing board, etc.

Good location, walking distance into „downtown“, free tea & water bottle refill station, cosy main hangout area with fire place, comfortable bed & clean room

The only thing I really didn’t like was no windows in the room to the outside, I love sleeping with an open windows for fresh air and just to look out in the morning to see what the day is like.

-being awakened at 8:00am Saturday morning to sound of furniture scraping the floor getting ready for yoga...should have done that the night before. - having housekeeping knocking at my door at 10:30 Sunday morning to let me know when check-out is (11:00am) - like the windows but it make the room not private. Should get some "one-way" tinting so you can have shades open (and light) without being exposed to a public deck and public walkway. (Room 206)

Hotel was very peaceful and beautiful. We stayed next to the open-air courtyard and were able to hang out there with family. The rooms were small but the courtyard made all the difference. The staff were very helpful and kind, offering recommendations for restaurants, etc. After dinner the person on duty offered to light the courtyard fire and brought me tea! We found our stay to be quite peaceful. Great beach access w/ free towels, chairs, and umbrella. Would definitely stay again!
