Love the location and ocean view. The air conditioning saved us this week.

The air conditioner vent went out the window and had no flashing around it so and the window could not close. We’ve been going to your location for 15 years. Outside still needs lots of work. Prices are a bit to high for us. $500 a night!

The staff is BEYOND nice, came to our room to help hook up my sons PS4 and they helped me get taxis , where to eat, "do you need towels" , etc. Perfect location, steps down to beach. Patio and sunroom in queen room was nice to enjoy beach. The shrubs that line property going to beach was lovely. This is NOT a luxury resort hotel. VERY casual, no housekeeping unless you need. I will return thank you for aiding to our good memories ❤

Suggestion get rid of carpet! Paint the chipped walls.

The location is amazing. The hotel sits on the coastline above the beach looking directly out to the ocean with a great view of Laguna beach. It is also on a highly walkable street with many shops, cafes, restaurants. In terms of value for location it's tough to beat.

It's sadly outdated. The rooms are shabby looking. We had a suite with a dining room, kitchenette, and private patio which was much larger than I expected. Unfortunately, the furniture is old, the kitchen had no supplies - this may have been due to covid, but as there weren't any cleaning products I got the impression that the hotel just didn't equip the rooms very well. The fireplace didn't work and I was told it was just decorative - it was a particularly cold evening so that was a shame. There we no sheets or bedding for the sofa bed despite booking the room for 4 people. Parking is very limited. This place could easily be a 10/10 with some upgrades and more attentive staff. I give it an 8 because of the location. It would be a 6/10 if it didn't have an amazing view.

Good size room with beautiful views and private outdoor area. Relaxed, laid back setting with beach acccess. Short walk to downtown and all the shops and restaurants. Love this place and love Laguna Beach!

Bathroom needs a bit of upgrading.

Access to the beach was outstanding despite the steep descending switchbacks. Location to restaurants and the Pageant of the masters was ideal.

The rooms are dated, rugs need to be replaced or changed to a laminate floor or wood. The room smelled a bit like a locker room. The outrageous price of 38 dollars a night to overnight park when you are paying 300 plus a night for the room is absurd.

Location on the beach was perfect. Easy walk to shopping, restaurants, Heisler Park. Unfortunately not all rooms have a balcony or specific outdoor seating and we did not realize this before booking this room. There is some shared deck and a grassy grilling area, but only two chairs, one lounger and a cocktail table at the grilling area. Perhaps it is diminished due to Covid. Pool and hot tub were awesome, staff super friendly and helpful. The painting on the outside is beautiful and adds to the charm.

Refrigerator in our room apparently needed new thermostat as it froze our produce no matter how low we set it, but this was reported and should be repaired soon. Carpet and blanket seemed a bit old and dingy.

Very friendly greeting with the perfect indoctrination. A lovely quiet room with a very comfortable bed. It was really clean so I walked barefoot inside. The resort property is well maintained and the flower paintings and character. The pool and hot tub were well used and delightful. Ramps lead to the beach below. The towels provided gave me an ample resting spot to enjoy the surf and beauty. I would be happy to return to stay again.

The outdoor ice machine could use a cleaning. Sorry but the parking fee is $24 and not enough spots. Look for lot full sign when pulling on.

The location and the staff are the top points to the Laguna Riviera. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We had a remodeled room that was absolutely beautiful. Note for some- no TV or safe. Although we didn't find either necessary, others may. Oh! And the pool was actually warm, which helped this mama get in and swim with her daughter. The whole pool/hot tub area was very pretty- lots of plants. Overall, we would love to stay again if we visit Laguna in the future.

I love how convenient it was to just go down to the walkway and be at the beach. The room size was nice and I was able to get a partial view of the waves from my room. I was able to hear the waves from my room as well. The mini-fridge, coffee maker and microwave had their own little area. The ice machine and free refill station for water was nice. I loved how the beach chairs/loungers, umbrellas, and boogie boards were provided with free set up and tear down.

I didn't like that there was construction going on, would have been nice to be warned. But was no biggie due to spending a majority of the time at the beach.
