Quiet and peaceful and relaxing location and room , the staff was professional when I checked in front desk rep female and male maintenance staff weee extremely helpful and very professional, the bed was comfortable. However , the bathroom tub had two puncture holes in it, the toilet was not bolted to floor, the vinyl baseboard was coming off the wall all around the toilet and walls in bathroom. There was an initial sewage type smell when I entered room, I turned on fan and brung my own room deodorizer spray fro home to combat the horrid smell. Room 113

The maids and front desk people were very friendly. My room was made up very nicely and and very clean. The breakfast food was great.

I was told by the front desk on check in that I had to pay a $100.00 on a credit card in advance. For what? The $100.00 is still on my credit card. I want this $100.00 credited to my account immediately. When we checked out around 7am, nobody told us if we would get the refund or not. The bath room had a lot of patch work, and little room to move around.

Room was nice and clean, beds were comfy, staff was amazing. We accidentally left a bag on the curb outside with 3 iPads in it, some amazing person turned it into the front desk. We noticed it like 6 hours later while on our way to Oklahoma.🤦🏼‍♀️ In a panic I called the hotel and Nicole picked up. She told me she wasn’t sure anyone turned anything in but she could go check, she quickly came back and told me that they had the bag and it was safe. I asked her to open it and make sure all 3 iPads were in it and hallelujah they all were. 😃. Since we were on our way to Oklahoma to start our family vacation for the next week, they were nice enough to keep the bag safe and locked up until we could come back and get it the following Sunday. This was the biggest relief and the biggest weight off my back and helped me relax for the week and have a great time with my family! We picked it up a week later, believe it or not, from Nicole!! :). This girl is a godsend and I wish her so many wonderful things in life. To the person who turned it in without deciding to steal some very expensive items, you are a saint and deserve all the greatest things life has in store for you! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

The room was nicely decorated & clean. The breakfast was good

Paying the security deposit of $100 when the room cost was less than that. The security deposit also takes too long to be returned. The 3-5 days is not a reality, as it takes 10 days sometimes. After paying this at several hotels each night over 2 weeks, it becomes a problem as you don’t have those funds to use and have to keep track of them. In future I will be asking the question before I book a hotel.

Quiet rooms, which was great for our dogs. The breakfast was a nice spread. And we had things to bring in and out from our car so we were glad there were carts. We wish we could have used the pool but it was a quick overnight on our drive.

We wish there was a better spot to let our dogs potty and get a bit of exercise in the heat. The only option was the gravel on either side of the sidewalk/smoking area or next to the road.

Like that this hotel is right off the freeway. Easy to find and easy get back on the freeway and continue ones venture. Cant beat the price. I definitely got a great deal for the one night I stayed. The young lady at the check in counter was very professional, courteous, friendly and made me very welcome. She also recommended and provided lots of information on places to eat, get gas,entertainment etc etc...this hotel also has a large parking lot located infront of the lobby for big trucks or vehicles towing trailer. and the bonus at this hotel was the complementary 24-7 juice, water and coffe machines in the lobby which have different juice and coffee to chose from. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who needs to place to stay for the night. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very clean. I Will definitely be staying here again.

Was great in all aspects, very friendly at the check-in. Room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. Did stay for only 1 night and I did not use the pool, but it looked very good. Breakfast was nice as well! Would come again, for sure!

Not an issue for me but overheard complaint about the free breakfast. My advice to them? Take the money saved from room rate and pay for breakfast at a 5 star restaurant.

Regardless of the small items in disrepair, this was the largest room in all the hotels we stayed in on our road trip. It was huge. The gal that checked us in was great. I specifically booked this hotel because it's located near the train tracks and my husband loves to watch trains. She was a little surprised I wanted a room we could see the trains from but she immediately accommodated us. Although we could watch the trains from our room, the noise was minimal. In fact, I slept through them all. They offered a grab and go sack breakfast similar to others we received except, being in Barstow, they included bottled water, which was great. Honestly, it was a great value for the money.

Well, you could tell at the height of its glory, this was probably a really nice hotel. It has since seen the year's take its toll a bit. The handicapped bar was missing from the shower, the window screen was bent and not far from falling out, the light switch in the bathroom was not secured.

We were able to get a room close to the entrance at short notice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They even had breakfast provided.

The room was more than we expected just because we needed two beds, but the other conveniences helped make up for the increased price
