This place is gorgeous! Spacious, luxurious, immaculately clean and comfortable. The price was amazing all except the pet fee. I have a 6lb trained, groomed and manicured Maltese. $75 pet fee is pretty high in my opinion but I understand it's a one size fits all fee. Not all pups are as well trained or clean as my little guy. All around a great experience with kind staff a nice little breakfast is also included with eggs, frittata, muffins, bagels, hot and cold cereal, coffee and juice options. I think I covered everything. Hands down the best experience. I just wish my stay was longer 😍

The rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly. Check out is at 12 which is nice so you don’t feel rushed when checking out. We were traveling with our dogs so it was nice to find a decent hotel that was dog friendly. The TV is set up so you can watch Netflix and HBO max. I usually bring an adapter so I can watch my apps from my phone, but it was nice not having to set it up.

Booking needs to update some info. Breakfast on the weekends is 7-9am not 7-10. The breakfast was pretty mediocre but that could have been because I got to it just as they were closing down. Also the pet fee is $75 not $50. Not a big deal but just wanted other pet travelers to be aware. Bathtub is pretty small but the bathroom itself is pretty spacious. The TV is set at an odd angle because of the bathroom placement.

Nice clean comfortable easy parking. Room was nice and cozy had ac and heater to your comfort. I dont feel like i paid too much for room and parking. Not a hectic street so it was nice. It did not smell like smoke so that was a major plus! The shampoo they had smelled really good and if you forget your tooth brush they have complementary ones. Life savers! Bar service really nice everyone if very sweet front desk, maintenance, Manager Mark. Had a overall good experience. Only suggestion would be to get a security for the parking lot its very open and with the crimes rate it would definitely give me a peace of mind. Thats just a suggestion

The hotel is relatively new and clean.

They charge parking fee of 18 dollars a day. It is a hotel located in a suburb; most customers will come here with their car as no other transportation system is available. It is basically a money grab approach. Second issue we had was the booking. We booked for four people, and the room could only accommodate three. Why did they book the room, I do not understand. The staff did finally gave us a room that could accommodate four. Thanks.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and staff extremely helpful.

Using the laundry room machines have mobile app to operate after downloading and adding 25$ to this app . I find out the app is not set up to run machines this was deceiving why not have a sign saying this is not offered at facilities . Remove or cover up something to alert that this function doesn’t work . Still waiting for owner to refund money .

Close proximity to the city and Half Moon Bay, delicious free breakfast, exceptional service from breakfast, housekeeping and front desk staff, modern, contemporary styled rooms. I thought it was a cool energy efficient feature to have the hotel key card used to access electricity for the room.

The family member that utilized the sofa bed slept on the sofa instead since he stated that he could feel every spring on the mattress and it was very uncomfortable. Also, as a suggestion, please include waffles. danishes or muffins as a breakfast item and more fruit than just pineapples. Holiday Inn offers those options with their free breakfast.

Breanna, at the front desk, was very friendly and professional. She even allowed us to check in early as we had arrived sooner than anticipated. Upon checkout she had the same demeanor and was very pleasant. All the staff that my husband and I ran into greeted us, even from afar! Very kind and hospital. Made us feel right at home during our stay.

We have no complaints to report. The room was in good condition and very clean. The location of the room was very quiet as we had our 5 month old son. The breakfast was filling. We appreciated all the accommodations. Thank you everyone.

Very friendly staff. Hotel is surrounded by a relatively quiet office park so there was no traffic - roughly 2 minute drive to the 101 and 5 minutes to the train. We took the train to a Giants game - so easy and convenient. Close to San Mateo and its restaurants. King suite was quite large for the area. Trundle bed/sofa was perfect for traveling with kids. Outdoor pool is heated even in summer.

The bathroom floor really needed regrouting but otherwise it was nice. We had to request extra bedding for the trundle instead of it being in the room. Very minor...

It was beautiful for the price

When traveling I’m very careful to choose hotels that have breakfast for my family. This hotel had a breakfast however when checking in I was given a card with hand written in times for breakfast and it said it was over at 930. My family and I get down to the breakfast at 905 and it was all put away and being cleaned up. So honestly that really dropped the rating for me.

Very good value for money. The room was large, clean, and comfortable for our family. Breakfast was great. Our kids loved the pool!

Room cleaning is optional- you need to ask for it in advance. However, they were very helpful and quick to respond whenever we asked for something. Location is within a business area, with mainly offices. It's quiet and clean and nice, and we liked it, but worth noting that it's about 20-30 min drive to any tourist attractions
