Very nice location. was perfect for us as it was close to the airport.

Wish had more breakfast options. like bananas, yogurts and hard boiled eggs. Also wish there were more creamer options. and bathroom door is self shutting. didn’t like that as it woke up the family when we went to the bathroom in the middle of the night. (4 people)

Great breakfast & quick assistance from management with toilet issues late at night - within 15 minutes Mr. Lawrence Latchman relocated us to new room. Superb customer service provided by this young man - exceeded our expectations - we will certainly return. THANKS!!!

Location is good. However, our rooms were on the main road so we had that street noise, but with the AC on, it was fine, we slept well. Amenities in the room were good (microwave, fridge and coffee maker) - all you really need.

Breakfast - Grab and Go - Not great. I picked up an orange each day (3), first two were fine, last orange was rotten :( Not a great selection. Cold juice would have been good, and perhaps oatmeal with hot water....not sure if that is possible with COVID though.

Nice and quiet. Clean and spacious. They serve a cafeteria-style breakfast with plenty of options. They also have a 24-hour store with beverages, ice cream, etc. There is a pool and gym on-site as well. The staff are all friendly and very accommodating.

staff excellent and helpful from cleaners to reception . room clean and comfortable quite big. bed lovely comfy and big.. bathroom clean well fitted up

communal areas were very dark and tired. needs new bright carpet throughout. lots of facilities closed because of Covid.

Bed was very comfortable and it has all the amenities. Clean and not too noisy.

Breakfast is decent, would love some variety and yogurt but not a dealbreaker. Need a car to get around.

It's always a pleasant experience staying here. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are quiet, peaceful, and spacious. The complimentary morning breakfast is quite nice with plenty of variety. An excellent choice!

It’s quiet and the bed was comfortable. I like the somewhat vintage feel of this hotel.

I didn’t like that the room I thought I booked had a bathtub, it did not. So you’ll have to request a room with a tub if showers are not your thing. There was a piece of long blonde hair on the coffee table. I know it’s just hair but other than that the room seemed clean. Also I wish the hotel provided guests with at least one complimentary bottle of water like they do at other hotels. Or at least not charge $3 for it in the lobby.

My husband enjoyed the breakfast. I liked to coffee! Location in San Carlos is great. Very quiet and right on El Camino Real.

We could hear the plumbing but it is a newer building so all of the HVAC etc was silent

The hotel was very quiet. It was also very clean. I only had two issues: 1. My mattress was very hard, the box springs made it very hard to get comfortable. 2. There is no late check out.
