Good Nite Inn Redwood City - San Francisco Airport

I recently stayed at the Good Nite Redwood 2-star hotel and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I appreciated that I could leave my belongings in the room and feel safe about it, as security seemed to be taken seriously. One aspect of the hotel that I appreciated was its quietness. I'm a light sleeper, so I was concerned that noise would be an issue, but I didn't have any trouble sleeping during my stay. Additionally, the staff was accommodating. They were always available to answer any questions or help with any concerns. I must give a big thanks to the lady at the front desk that has the night shift. She was very nice. Overall, I highly recommend the Good Nite Redwood 2-star hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay. The clean rooms, quiet atmosphere, and helpful staff made for a pleasant experience, and I would consider staying here again.

One slight improvement that could be made is to replenish the coffee station more often, especially for guests staying for extended periods. But this is a personal preference, the hotel is great!

The room was big enough for the 4 of us, and also very nice. Everything was very clean. Enough space for cars in the free parking.

There wasn't a proper closet available, although the room is big enough to have one, there was plenty of space for it. It made it uncorfortable, not enough place to put our clothes. Even few hangers with a silly design that didn't allow to hand trousers. I don't understand why, because the hotel is nice and a proper closet would cost a small amount of money.

Great and easy location, right off the freeway. Felt safe. Clean room, comfy bed, quiet.

Check out was odd. I requested a printed receipt and was told to leave my room key in the basket and I would get an email receipt. I never received the final receipt. It might seem minor to some, but with allergies and dietary limitations, it was frustrating the the sofa machine (next to pool, right outside of lobby) did not give the same brand of soda as the picture when making your selection.

Very good location, easily accessible, plenty of parking space. Decent breakfast cafe nearby. The room is basic but has almost everything traveler might need. Hot water in the shower is really hot almost instantly which is nice.

It's located between two busy roads, so there's some noise inside. Not very loud but noticeable. The blanket is thin, you should ask for an extra on the reception. The AC can heat the room quick but is very noisy, you won't be able to sleep with it.

The bottom sheet on one bed was soiled with some lint-like gray matter. It was late, so we made do for our one night stay. Generally, the sheets are ready for replacement. Everyone one was pleasant and kind. The desk was a little confused about the charges, because I pre-paid through Booking.com. Overall, very pleased with the accommodations. The price was RIGHT, so I don't want to be very critical, more for informational purposes.

I really enjoyed the property. I felt safe and love that it’s by the freeway, it’s quite, restaurant next door and gas station right across.

Honestly the property was great. If I have to say something it be towels. They are small and very thin.

Very friendly and helpful front desk. Took my needs seriously and compassionately. The room was unexpectedly large. This is a great place if you like having a safe room where you can stash your stuff while you explore the area.

That should be an 😊 face. I must have hit the wrong button but cannot seem to correct it. Anyway, the room was spartan. 😐 No pictures, comforter, or closet.🙂 But it did have a spot to hang clothes next to the door, a usable balcony 😄 a nice flat screen tv, good size desk with outlets/USB port, a full size iron/board and a wee little fridge. Microwave was available near the lobby. The heater sounded like the Martian ships from the original War of the World's movie - which had a certain charm that I found more amusing than bothersome. Every time it came on I smiled 🤩😂

The staff and room were great. We enjoyed the vaulted ceiling and the bed was comfortable. The best part is that there's no germ-filled comfortable on the bed. :)

The satellitte TV kept losing a signal. I read they had toiletries so didn't bring any and was disappointed to find that they do not provide conditioner. They also only have powdered creamer so if you want anything else in your coffee, you have to bring it yourself. Otherwise, it's a fine place to stay for a night.

The beds were not made daily, not an issue for us, but should have been mentioned on the website that this service would be done for an extra fee. On Suday the bathroom was not cleaned.... ...did not figure out why...

The room was clean. We were on the 2nd floor, so we had a great vaulted ceiling. Felt very roomy. We felt very safe. Was not noisy at all. Great view of the pool.

The only thing that could have been better was to have another blanket for the bed. I did not ask for one, so that was on me. But other than that, I would definitely stay there again
