Your staff was friendly, the amenities are good, and the rooms are comfortable.
The HVAC vents are controlled and wired from the outside and not fully controllable from the control pad inside the room. This is problematic for various reasons, and rewiring the buildings HVAC systems for better IAQ and ventilation would enhance the comfort, health, safety and quality of your brand.

I’ve already stayed here 3 different times. I absolutely love this hotel. It’s quite, easy to get to, and the staff is amazing. I have yet to run into a single employee that hasn’t been kind. Check in and out is easy and quick. I love that the shampoo, conditioner and body wash are already on the wall ready to use and a great brand. The beds are comfortable and check out at 12pm is perfect especially when you’ve been on the road a long time and just need a little extra sleep. Even though there are covid precautions, they still provided a sack breakfast, no it’s not hot, it’s not the best, but at least they do it. Overall I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m up that way.

it was accessible to the freeway and we were given our request of a room on the first floor.
the ac took time to turn off so we went to bed cold! it was finally off when awakened in the middle of the night.

Excellent hotel that includes everything you could need from the warm greeting you receive when you check in until you leave. The price was amazing for the room, hot breakfast, and its vicinity to many great restaurants.

Location is perfect - even though it is close to the freeway you do NOT hear any noise. The room was spotless. The breakfast very very good - I always stay here when I come to San Carlos. The staff is friendly and helpful.
