Fairfield Inn Anaheim Hills Orange County

The staff was very nice both when we checked in and checked out. The location was perfect for our quick visit for a medical procedure.

Request a room away from the freeway if it is available would be my main suggestion. Ours was on the other side so was quieter. Also if you are visiting for The theme parks or the beach ( we were not ) I would try to get something closer to the destination.

Everything at the hotel was great except from a couple things! like i realised on my 2nd day of being there that you can actually open the door without key card and there’s no way to lock which at first was okay if we accidentally walked out without the key but then it’s a bit worrying when you go out and no one is in the room so anyone can just go in but the people that were living in the hotel was super nice so we knew we didn’t have to worry! but another thing is the big swimming pool is very dirty i actually avoided going in and just went in the hot tub. so i think the swimming pool needs a deep clean before anyone should go in. but the hot tub was great!

Bed was comfortable.

We live in Texas and didn't realize there was a difference in hotel rooms with smoking versus non-smoking due to California's legalization of marijuana.

Staff, both front desk and cleaning/maintanence, were very professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good. Location was also very nice, located in a nice area with just enough shopping, restaurants, etc, in addition to not being very far from local attractions.

I can't think of much I didn't like here. I would have liked if it was a bit less expensive, but the good staff and the very good breakfast helped offset the higher price.

I was pleasantly surprised about the Breakfast. There was an employee present the whole time who was very friendly and provided information. Most of all she was available to answer questions. It was good too, and roomy enough to get a table and enjoy our meal.

This hotel is a bit aged. Popcorn ceilings, needs paint. Beds not as comfortable as could be for a Marriott property. . But offered other great things that made it worth the stay since it was just one night.

Very clean it smelt clean. What was nice to see was all the workers really wiping down doors windows. They took their time cleaning the rooms. Front desk was very friendly.

Wish we could have stayed a couple more nights but it was an overnight trip. The beds were comfortable. The pillows room amazing again. Everything was just so clean and fresh

Breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly.

Shuttle service to Disneyland would've been nice. You'd make a killing. I saw so many people leave the hotel going there.

location and the bathroom shower head was great!

the configuration of bathroom, prefer toilet be separated. also, didn’t like the pocket door to bathroom, prefer actual door. The room tended to be stuffy too.

I liked the set up with outside walkways. Rooms were clean and updated.

It would be nice to have a gathering space inside for families wedding guests etc to meet

Nice accommodations, conveniently located next to shopping areas with nice Pool, hot tub and workout room. Comfortable room with huge shower and bathroom, comfortable bed, big screen, mini-fridge, microwave. Everything you need at a good price.

No newspapers or magazines in lobby. No bacon or eggs at breakfast.
