The location is gorgeous, the indoor hot tub a treat, and the size of the room impressive with a comfy bed! Happy hour at the Inn overlooking the bay was serene and glorious! Rooms come with all the amenities you need, including a french press and other tea and coffee options for a morning fix.

The room was very warm when we arrived. The local temps don't climb past mid-60s, but inside the room remained warm despite circulating air with the two fans and windows kept open all day and night. The breeze was a welcome reprieve in the evenings, but the noise from keeping the window opened was disruptive.

Quaint and attractive property in the middle of the harbor on a hill. Excellent location. As a solo traveler I enjoyed having a restaurant and bar without having to leave. my bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Staff was helpful and pleasant. My room was stocked with all the necessities and even a french press for coffee drinkers. Loved the beautiful shower with the hand sprayer! The outside dining was superb! I’m a bird watcher and loved it!

The only flaw I found was my room (4) was over the kitchen. There was a lot of banging until the kitchen cleaned up and closed for the night which was around 10:30 pm. Wouldn’t be a problem for those out on the town but for those who go to bed early or want to relax in there room you’re definitely going to notice it.

The room was nice, the caramels a bonus. The (presumably filtered) water for drinking and making coffee was great. The coffee machine and french press with instructions were great. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The large bottles of soap dispensers for the shower were great, love that we didn’t produce lots of waste in the form of small single use bottles. Hot water in the shower was instant.

The second queen was a fold out bed, noted in the description of the room, that wasn’t especially comfortable and the room was very cramped when it was folded out.

The room was spacious, well decorated, and very clean. We appreciated the bottled water, french press coffee, and caramels. Carol was a wonderful host and provided us with great food recommendations. The location was within walking distance of several seafood restaurants. The hotel restaurant had just reopened during our stay, so we had breakfast one morning which was really convenient. The food was pricey but really delicious and the portions were generous.

I was a little disappointed by the view from our room. I was expecting a view of the harbor from the photos on the website, but our room was over the front entrance and faced the parking lot.

We loved our room! The bed was very comfortable. We also loved that there was a full coffee bar in the room with a French Press as well as a Nespresso machine! The staff went above and beyond to deliver extra water and a blanket later in the evening after office hours! This was truly appreciated.

We were not very impressed with the restaurant. The quality of the food was not worth the price.

Location & architecture: situated off the Pacific Coast Highway overlooking Noyo Harbor with Arts & Crafts/California Bungalow style. Rooms and amenities very nice, some with private balconies. Pleasant gardens with secluded areas, path to the harbor, harbor overlooks, etc. Excellent restaurant with well-situated and arranged outdoor seating above the marina - heat lamps and sun shades ensure comfortable dining. Knowledgeable and accommodating staff.

Didn't eat breakfast there. The restaurant doesn't open until 9 am and we wanted to get an earlier start. The steak and lobster dinner was enough food for two.

Had to close the windows to get some sleep because the sea lions were barking until the wee hours of the morning. The refrigerator in the room had to be unplugged because it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep.

Loved the room, the view, the coffee setup, the Wi-Fi, the furnishings and the in-room tub. Loved the feel and the friendly staff.

The lack of an iron in the room and the TV/Roku setup was very cumbersome. The Roku device was old and super slow. We couldn’t watch anything. It’s an easy fix to upgrade.

This is a great location! It's overlooking a working harbor, but is incredibly quiet. Very comfortable bed and room. I would highly recommend using the french press in the morning and sitting on your balcony or patio watching the boats. That morning ocean air is wonderful! The rooms are sound proof so you can't hear the fog horn when the windows are closed- it's not that loud any way. The restaurant was wonderful as well.

The only things we noticed were that the shower was VERY narrow and there's no lock on the bathroom door

This property is absolutely wonderful! It’s so tastefully remodeled! The stuff is very attentive, every corner around the Inn is manicured and so beautiful! The restaurant on the side is fine dining and the porch is the greatest place for branch with the view! NHI is the best place to stay on Northern California Coast! Please, don’t forget to visit their SPA. Betsy, the massage therapist, is a truly magician! The only reason I don’t give them 10 stars because they charged us twice for staying by mistake but it’s fixable I believe.
