Seabird Lodge Fort Bragg

It’s a lil run down; looks like rooms are being updated as we speak. I requested an accessible room due to being disabled - they confirmed and then gave me a msg about not having a room as described. Once we arrived, I was told I needed to “upgrade” in order to get a downstairs & accessible room. That was an additional $29+ which more or less negated the great $109 total price I paid upon booking. * a grey sock from previous guest left behind and missed by housekeeping. ( pic)

I loved the balcony overlooking the sunsets on the ocean. I usually stay at a diffferent, more expensive hotel nearby but it was sold out for this last minute trip. I was super impressed at how clean and HUGE the room was for the price. It is definitely dated, but still very cozy, quaint and the views from my King room with a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The indoor pool was a nice treat that I used every night I was there. I was pleasantly surprised and look forward to staying here again. I will definitely be back!

I was really happy with everything. The room was super comfortable. I can't say I disliked anything about my stay here at the Seabird.

This is a moderately price lodge, so our expectations were that the room would be clean and the beds comfortable. The lodge met all those standards and gave us a nice breakfast as well. Nothing fancy, just a well located moderately price lodge. Didn't use the spa or swimming pool, but did look at that area and it was well kept and clean.

The check-in staff were so friendly and polite despite our later than expected arrival. The indoor pool and spa were a nice surprise though we didn’t use them this trip. Breakfast may not have been fancy, but I enjoyed my eggs, biscuits and gravy one day. The eggs, sausage, and potatoes were satisfying the other day. Love that the property is dog friendly too! We will add it to our list of dog friendly hotels in Fort Bragg!

My downstairs neighbors decided they needed to be on their patio past 10pm smoking cigarettes and other things whilst conversing quite loudly. This isn’t really the fault of the hotel per se, but it would have been nice if the neighbors were more considerate of the families and guests in other rooms.

This is my second time staying here for some fun at the beach. They allow dogs which is awesome! They also have a great breakfast. Staff are friendly. Rooms are clean! Fairly priced. Will be back :)

Great location! Easy to get to! Only one flight of stairs if you are upstairs. Pool & spa are great!

A little outdated and rundown. Breakfast wasn’t very good, twice I attempted to grab coffee and it was empty and when an older woman told the worker we were out he said he had just filled it and she needed to wait… which wasn’t the best customer service. The biscuits were rock hard and there were no muffins or bagels. But truthfully very clean and comfortable and a great price!!

The location was very great couldn't ask for a better spot only three minutes to everything or less from everything and it wasn't to expensive to stay either. There was two restaurants with in maybe two minutes walk if that and the gas station was right a cross the street to the left. Would stay again

The only down side to it that I thought was the comfort of the bed but honestly it wasn't to bad. I mean most the time you will be exploring anyways

Loved the breakfast. Our girls enjoyed the pool so much. We very much enjoyed our stay!!

For someone that doesn’t have a pet, the pet hair everywhere was a little bit off putting, but in no way a dealbreaker for me to come back.

I liked that is was comfortable and clean and close to everything we wanted to do and see, the breakfast was better than I expected but I think that maybe they should add some fresh fruit or yogurt.

the only compliant is that the room had no A/C and it was stuffy even with the fan they provided . I ended up opening the window and door to get some sort of breeze.

The room was Comfortable. Well kept

The Complimentary breakfast ended to early. We were there for 4 days and there were only the towels from when we checked in no clean ones were brought for the remaining days we were there
