Holiday Inn Express Fresno South, an IHG Hotel

Great The final room was roomy, clean and comfortable. I like that the bathroom had complimentary shampoo, conditioner and bath gel. The bed was so comfy and the bedding was fresh. The TV was a great size. I would definitely stay at this location time and time again.

The first room I was checked into, had a naked man smoking MJ on the bed. He said he is always in that room. The front desk apologized and said there wasn't anyone logged into that room and quickly got me into another room.

Breakfast was great, hot, lots of choices, well stocked, no lines. Room was modern and clean. Super long desk unit all the way across wall provided lots of space for all luggage.

Room was fine except for big rip on ceiling where drywall was cracked open the entire length of the room. Was uneasy that something might fall through onto the bed. Window heater was very noisy and not easy to keep temp regulated. Turning it on it just stayed on so we had to turn it off.

Clean and comfortable rooms, nice breakfast

Customer service - I booked and prepaid two rooms for 6 people in total. When we arrived around 11pm, the hotel couldn’t find one of the rooms in the system. After some time discussing with them, they said they could see I booked two rooms through booking.com but couldn’t find the booking on their end, so we had to buy an extra room at a higher price. fortunately booking.com helped clear this up and cancelled the extra charge, but the hotel staff were not very helpful or apt at dealing with the issue.

I appreciated that the staff were very attentive with my issues when dealing with our room keys, not being able to open the door correctly. It was not so much the room key it was the door lock itself was the issue and after two trial and errors the real issue came up being the door lock needed new batteries.

Everything was great to mine and my familes standards.

The room, location, and hot breakfast were really good 😊 The staff were very helpful and friendly. Dee from the front desk was really nice and patient to help me resolve my problem with my reservation on booking.com Overall, this was a really nice place for us. My family and I had a really good stay here!

The room above us was really loud! Someone was just running, stomping and jumping across the room🙄(which is not the hotel’s fault) so when I told the front desk about this, they quickly moved us to the highest floor of the hotel! Thank God 😮‍💨 Also, I hope they put non-slip mats in the bathtub because it was very slippery but other than that, everything was great!

Clean room and hotel, great location off the 99 freeway with lots of fast food restaurants in the area next to the hotel. Complimentary breakfast and coffee station. Free parking and wifi.

The unexpected incidental fee of 20.00 per night was added. That the hotel staff failed to let us know. After calling and speaking to staff I was told it will be refunded back which it did.

the hotel was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at. the staff was constantly keeping everything neat and clean it was quite impressive. also the staff was so helpful and friendly every single one I interacted with. I can’t say enough good things about my stay and the hotel. if I’m every in Fresno again there’s only one hotel I will stay at.

Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices and plentiful stock. I'm a big oatmeal fan and it was a very pleasant surprise to find it in the offerings. The young lady taking care of the cafeteria area did an outstanding job

I'm not a big fan of soft mattresses but my wife loved it.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We have stayed at many motels/hotels and this place exceeded all expectations. Staff was extremely friendly and the free breakfast is delicious fresh and great options. We will definitely return to this location.

The bathroom fan didn't work well and there was some sketchy characters in the area but nothing too bad

Holiday Inn brand, very clean and orderly. Matched expectations.

Location - property was sandwiched in between hi traffic expressway and a busy city street. Elevated noise levels in guest room, and reception/dining areas.
