1st of all, the Staff!!!! I was never so impressed with a hotel staff such as I was with this one. Best ever!! The rooms were clean and the setup of the property was that of a community home. Rooms were very clean and roomy. The breakfast was great and even all of the patrons were amazing. The price was great for the quality of the product. We're planning to stay here every and anytime we're in the area visiting family and friends. Great job Piccadilly. I wish there was something that I could do more to show my appreciation!!

Breakfast was very basic, the same every day, It was from 6 to 9, Closes too early, disappointing.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The room (King) was very large and comfortable. All the facilities we were in were clean and well kept. The parking lot is very large, too. We were given breakfast vouchers I did not expect and the breakfast was generous and delicious! The location is easy to find and convenient to many places to eat and shop.

The bathroom with the toilet and tub was very cramped - hard to use toilet and close door. But the rest of the room makes up for that! Also, no elevator to second floor, which was no problem for us, but might be for others.

Absolutely beautiful setting with grounds and courtyards. Evening arrival was on the magical side with live music in the restaurant/bar, talented designer set the tone with skillful lighting and stone effects in the lobby to create an inner courtyard sensibility. Japanese maples hugged the buildings. Low key greens created a calm atmosphere in the room. Lamps doubled conveniently as charging stations.

Earlier check in availability. Hotels are moving to 4pm check in’s which do not allow adequate time to prepare for an evening function, or even gather your wits before changing your clothes. We were refused our request to check in at 3pm.

We enjoy this hotel for the value pricing and access to nice shopping areas within a couple miles. Staff are always great! Extremely clean always and comfortable beds and bedding. The breakfast is very good! The pool and grounds are very lovely! Well maintained older hotel. Some rooms have been updated nicely . The older ones are still in good shape but just need to be updated. Again, the cleanliness is a consistent strength .

we love this hotel and staff . just waiting for hotel to be updated. the room we usually get is one of the older rooms. Though everything is clean they need to update all the rest of the rooms. The hallway floors and door #s on the outside and door latches on the inside should be changed(these are very old and should be changed out first, even before a remodel of the rooms) Just these changes would do wonders for this property to increase the appeal before (if any ,other pending remodel is in the forecast). Lastly, the security doors should be working on each floor of the room blocks. That would be a really important factor always.

Good housekeeping service with options to save on reducing washing of sheets and towels to help the water shortage. Whenever I had a problem, the hotel service handled it quickly and professionally. For example, the bathroom dryer broke and I was loaned a replacement dryer to finish my hair. And, then workers came quickly and replaced the broken one. I liked that I did NOT have to see pets in my lodging or on the hotel grounds.

I only tried the breakfast once during my 7-day stay. The free breakfast would have been improved if boiled eggs had been offered as an alternative to the scrambled eggs. The scrambled eggs were dry clumps. The oatmeal was like glue and I would have preferred a packet of oatmeal to use with hot water. The oatmeal condiments of nuts, etc. were great! The breakfast bread with chocolate chips could have been replaced with a berry muffin.The waffle idea was nice for those who had the time to cook them, but I needed a bread-type serving to-go. I liked the sausage patties, Orange Juice, and fruit.

Room was clean, quiet and spacious. Manager Renee was very prompt in answering phone and questionable experience at front desk. She handled it very graciously. Also had our room ready and had read the 3rd party booking comments to make sure she met our requests. (they don't often and we have to call all hotels) We would return here! Compared to other priced hotels this was good value for the money. Breakfast was very good and ample. Although we didn't swim, the pool (and grounds) looked beautiful and felt very relaxing. Easy parking.

Front desk clerk needed a little more training upon check in and was a bit abrupt. Manager recovered the situation the next morning which was good. Remote control / TV needed fixing upon arrival and had to call for help, unfortunate it hadn't been checked before we entered. There was only 2 bottles of conditioner instead of Shampoo and Conditioner in bathroom. Recommend bottled water for in-room Keuring coffee maker as tap water tastes terrible. Also hot-tub is permanently closed?

Breakfast was great. I wish it would be open an hour longer. The room was very clean. The blackout curtains worked really well. There was enough parking that we could easily park near the room.

A large facility around a pool and nicely landscaped area. The price was very reasonable for the facilities offered. The restaurant (with a very nice outside area) was only open one of the nights we stayed there but we very much enjoyed the food.

We arrived on Saturday evening and were able to eat and drink at the restaurant just that night since it was closed on Sunday and Monday evening. It would have been nice if it had been open on Sunday as well.

- breakfast: since for free, there is no rooom for criticism. We took it the first morning. - room: all you need to sleep well. - clean: yes. - flexibility: the first room was noisy facing the street; we asked for a quiet one and got it immediately. - staff: tiny issue with the bathroom was promptly resolved. - on-site tapas restaurant: likely one of the best at all you can find in town: tasty, elegant, attentive staff, reasonably priced - what else do you expect?
