Really great value for money option, large quiet room on the ground floor with full kitchen. Had a basketball court (in good working order with basketball :-) , a pool and and spar pool as well as a central grassed area with a fire pit .. all in all very good. Breakfast (6-9) was included and was excellent , full cooked, plus fruit, cereal,pancakes, toast and bagels.

Room could have been a little lighter , but a problem with all hotels in my view, not really that close to Huntington Beach.

What I DIDNT like was YOUR description of my room being completely fake and not even an option at the hotel. Under the room description and room amenities you had listed a hot tub IN THE ROOM. I send a message confirming this was true and somebody from BOOKING.COM responded that the room did intact have a hot tub and that is what I was paying $240 for. Upon arrival there was no such room at this property. NO rooms had hot tubs there!

The rooms were comfy and clean. Although I had a short stay, I loved having the full fridge and kitchen items. The breakfast was simple (bagels, fruit, yogurt, coffee, etc.), but a good way to start the morning. I brought my dog with me. The property is set up nicely for dogs. Lots of sidewalks and grass throughout for walking. The staff at check-in were extremely welcoming and even gave my dog some treats. This is my second time staying here, and if I am ever in the area again, I will choose this hotel again.

The walls are thin. I brought a pet, so I was in the first floor. It was so loud when I the people upstairs were walking around. If you are a light sleeper like me, be sure to bring ear plugs. Other than that, it is a great hotel.

I picked this stay based on great reviews from other guest and it definitely did not disappoint ! Clean room , close by parking. large areas to walk dog and felt safe.

in some areas there was too much trash left by other guest. Some dog areas were out of doggie bags[not that that had anything to do with lazy entitled pet owners] and the guest were not picking up after their dogs! People are you kidding, take bags with you when leave room and pick up after your dog! It is a wonderful privilege to have such a nice place to stay with our pets. Breakfast was lacking in my opinion but nice having something out

Location was great, easy access to the highway and amenities around. Breakfast was great, different selection of food everyday to choose from and the coffee was fantastic. It was a great way to kick start the day. We enjoyed using the basketball court. The pool and spa area was great, we used it several times a day. The room was very comfortable for 3 adults, it was well insulated from the outside noise and well appointed. The staff were extremely friendly and super helpful. Look forward to staying here again on our next visit to the OC.

Nothing, everything was great.

My family and I absolutely loved this location. Front desk staff was warm and friendly. The property is set up like a nice apartment complex. The room looked clean and it was spacious so we didn't feel sardined like some hotels. It was nice to all have our own space. The unit was stocked with dishsoap, a sponge, dishes, utensils, cups, pots and pans. The fridge got ice cold. I loved how there was an actual table my 2 year old could sit and eat at. Felt more homely and I didn't have to chase him around to try to feed him. Huge bonus in my book.

The room smelled kind of weird - like a mix of wet dog, animal urine and smoke. I know the property is pet friendly so it's very possible. There is a fireplace so another possibility. My kids feet didn't get black walking barefoot but maybe the carpet needs to be steamed and shampooed to pull out the smell, or sprinkle some deodorizer on it. It wasn't worth calling the front desk about and seeing if they could switch rooms for us. It wasn't terrible just weird at first. We eventually got used to it after a few minutes.

the staff are very nice and helpful especially April, I came for work and I will recommend the hotel to all my colleagues and I would like to stay there again and again, thank you all for your hospitality :) Maryem Ben Mahfoudh

Just the cleaning procedure, how it is complicated, so in 2 weeks they cleaned my room one time or max two and after long process, and it will be super nice to add some hot meals to the breakfast, otherwise all is perfect!

Location was good, in between beach and Disneyland. Close to shopping and restaurants

Breakfast was not acceptable. We had to buy groceries and cook meals to meet our diet needs. Pure carbs and sugar items, yogurt, cereal, granola, muffins, etc, no proteins. I'm diabetic so we had to pass on the no-effort breakfast we received for the $2100 we paid. Requested more towels, took over 6 hours to get them. Faucet locked up on the shower, couldn't turn it on. Maintenance fixed it within about 4 hours. Thanks for sending them.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations; full array of cold and hot items to choose from, all organized in a clean and welcoming manner.

There could be more brighter light on the ground floor outdoor hallways of each building. We arrived around 7:30pm and the exterior lights were not on yet. Later in the evening when the exterior lights came on, it still seemed too dark in those hallways.

had some kitchen abilities….. but large group was staying all week so no access to grill.

large group partying all night long right outside my room by the grill, the kids were wild, definitely not for adults. seem to cater to sports tournaments. none of my plugs worked, in bathroom or bedroom. had to do my hair in kitchen
