Crowne Plaza Costa Mesa Orange County, an IHG Hotel

I’ve stayed there previously, and both times the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever found at a hotel, and the breakfast was delicious! The gym is spacious enough that you don’t feel you’re invading anyone’s space.

I came across a couple cleanliness issues, but nothing major. The carpet was as if someone had walked in with mud on their shoes or spilled something and it hadn’t been cleaned, only in front in the tv area in a small section. I just avoided stepping there. I also wish parking at the hotel wasn’t an additional fee (on top of the room) but I knew that before my stay.

The room we were initially booked into had many issues, broken chair, non-functioning refrigerator, no sheets for the pull out bed and the thermostat was broken. It didn't help that when I booked the suite, I picked a room that had 2 separate sleeping areas. Not realizing that the suite was for the handicap.

Large room, good beds Large swimming pool with plenty pool beds (also in cabana's). Good breakfast Hotel is 15 minute drive from Newport Beach harbor (whale watching tour)

Although we had made a breakfast-included booking via Booking.com for our room with 4 persons, the hotel was only willing to offer breakfast to 2 guests per room maximum.

location is very good for our purposes. hotel had all necessary for comfortable business travel.

Pillows were poor quality or at least the pillows in my room. I do prefer when our rooms are cleaned each day but understand under the circumstances why that isn't happening. In room coffee maker is great but if rooms are not going to be serviced, supplies given for coffee should be more than 1 serving ( per person ).

VERY CLEAN ROOMS which is the first & most important requirement I have! Customer service was ok.

The parking lot, it’s awful and they charge $16/ per night for awful!!!

Clean, comfortable & adequately sized & appointed room with responsive temperature controls, quick coffee station & a perfectly sized mini fridge and safe. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of outlets & USB ports for charging electronics. The restaurant sandwiches were good and affordable. Front desk staff were great.

There wasn't any stationary or a pen to jot down notes, or any info on local sites or entertainment options. Housekeeping keeps everything very clean, however, they knocked every morning at 9:00am & waited only 5-10 seconds before entering the room even when advised verbally not to; they quickly stopped before entering, but there was an awkward interaction every morning.

My 2 night at Crowne Plaza Costa Mesa was outstanding. Great front desk staff, clean, quiet and comfortable well furnished room. Excellent location and very reasonable room rates. Whenever I return to Costa Mesa, Crowne Plaza Costa Mesa will be my first choice for accommodations.

I liked everything.

Mostly I am I am not. I hava time to enjoy in the hotel, but is so nice and comfortable.

about the reception he’s so kind and very helpful. My flight get there is so early around 12 but my checking is 3 o’clock but he still  l let us get in early 

Friendly staff, clean, neat and tasteful rooms.

The property clearly used to offer an airport shuttle as it appears in google search results and there is still a ‘shuttle’ section on the hotel’s website (but the content has been deleted). This was annoying as the shuttle was the reason I picked it the hotel. The restaurant menu was also out of date on the website and there was no buffet breakfast on offer.

I liked hour close it was to the mall and different food resources also the beds were very comfortable

The staff here is so rude and the customer service is literally a 1/10 if you ask me! The" security guard" also needs to get fired by the awful things he was saying to me for NO REASON AND THE STAFF NOR MANGER DID NOTHING BUT tell me they would talk to him (which they probably)
