Being charged to park at the hotel you are staying at seems rather dumb.

No breakfast, just a Bistro bar I guess. Did not have the opportunity to check it out. Pooled looked nice but did not have time to use it. A lot of families did use the pool. We had a nice view from our balcony.

Our room had a problem with the hot water. It took a long time to get hot. A lot of wasted water and it did not get as hot as I would have preferred. I let them know at the desk when we checked out. I was also disappointed that we did not get room service to have the room made up for our second night. We had to ask for more coffee and cups.

The hotel was conveniently located near the 405 and on Harbor Blvd. It was a clean room and stayed quiet inside the room. The pool was heated and my family had a great time!

It is a small thing but there was any much to walk to from the hotel. However everything was a short drive.

Roomy 3rd floor with balcony is really nice. The bed was extremely comfortable and the towels white and fluffy. All the staff were extremely nice.

Not having complimentary coffee. There was a little machine in the room but that's not quite the same.

Staff very friendly. Quiet location away from airport and freeways.

A little trouble regulating water temperature in sink and shower. Lights turned off by timer. I would have liked a night light in the bathroom. Heating/Air Conditioning unit response delayed, a little hard to get the room to a comfortable temperature.

Overall, clean and friendly staff.

It is not clear or was not obvious to me that daily service is not provided but weekly due to Covid. I’m completely fine with that, especially if it gives me a lower cost. However it should be prominently displayed. I was surprised to be charged for parking $12.00 per day. This again was not obvious, and not sure it was pointed out to me at checking in, although I was very tired at the time, and it is difficult to easily understand communications with masks on. I fully support the masks. Suggest, that guests be required to initial all additional charges when checking in. And at this location there is no reason to charge for parking, especially $12.00 daily. I probably would not have mentioned this if it was a reasonable $5.00 per day.

Was there for a 4 night stay. While I was told there would be no maid service, I did desire to have more frequent exchange of towels. The front desk stated that I needed to make the request, though I felt like every 2 days would have been good for towel exchange.

Very close to my work location. Able to grab breakfast and/or dinner at the bistro.

Bistro is a bit expensive. Extra charge for having a car.

Pullout bed from couch was a bit uncomfortable but the king bed was great

Swimming pool and balcony. The two men working on the front desk Friday and Saturday were so helpful and friendly!

Emailed ahead and asked for a room on the top floor which wasn’t given and they wouldn’t change me.
