Comfort Inn & Suites Lancaster Antelope Valley

Beautiful room with two A/C units and a living room suite. They made an attempt at breakfast with grab & go. Yogurt was large. Included a sausage breakfast sandwich (I’m allergic to sausage), a fruit punch drink & a fruit and nut bar. Was on my way to work event & NO SPOON. Check-in was easy. Friendly staff. Tub was nice. Frig, safe & coffee station present. I think, a microwave. The bed was like a dream, soft and comfy. Wow! Stunning king room suite. Very nice.

Wood floors were stained with black grime. A/C was inconsistent and came on VERY LOUD. When I checked out, asked for a receipt. Told the guy about the A/C & he just looked at me. The lady next to him, probably a Mgr, apologized and thanked me. Asked for hot water & was directed to a regular sink for tea water. It was hot, I must admit. Price was outrageous but I saved $80 for being a Booking.com elite member.

liked the size of the room and bathroom. everything about my room was great lots of space enjoyed having iron, microwave, fridge in the room. didn’t use the coffee maker but liked that it was there. bed was so comfortable made the start even better

elevator want writing but my room was on second floor right next to the stairs so it turned it good overall

The property was conveniently located, and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. In fact, our king-size bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever had!

The bath/shower didn’t have a mat to avoid slipping and falling. I felt uneasy while showering.

The staff was very helpful. I made several requests and they did the research be for I registered.

The air-conditioning was so nosey it was impossible to sleep. Had to shut it off and it got very warm. Maintenance needs to be done. The television channels need to reflect the shows that are on those channels.

I booked two previous nights and the price per night was less expensive then the third night I ended up booking. The room with a King size bed was cleaner then the room with two double beds. The facility is nice and the location is nice but the staff could be more friendly with the exception of the lady who checked us in the first day and the ladies that were cleaning the rooms. They were very nice.

The doors to the rooms made a loud noise every time you closed them. No matter how hard to tried to close them quietly. The bathrooms could also use some type of shelf to hold you clean clothes when you are changing or taking a bath.

Breakfast area was clean and well organized.Offered freshly made coffee and fresh fruit.I liked that guests were offered a selection of breakfast foods & I liked that I could make my own waffles. Staff was ready to help and Era was friendly and helpful.

The staff was wonderful, friendly, very helpful and accommodating. Beds and pillows were fabulously comfortable. Linens and supplies were lovely. The entire facility was pleasant and attractive and easily located from the freeway.

Because of Covid, breakfast service was suspended, but a grab and go bag was provided. The breakfast included a juice box, an oatmeal cookie and a granola bar. I was hoping for less sugar and more protein such as a boiled egg, cheese stick, nuts, orange or banana.

Friendly and professional front desk staff. Early breakfast time of 5am bonus! Comfortable rooms.

Hotel is next to the freeway, however this is not a huge issue. Could hear some residual traffic noise.

did not realize when i booked my stay, it was yards away from HWY 14… possibly invest in sound-proof windows facing 14… had to turn up tv to cancel freeway sound

I liked the pool area the workout room and our room. the people at the desk and the people at the breakfast area were very friendly and welcoming. I loved the complimentary cookies and that the tea and coffee were available 24/7
