The staff in all departments were excellent. The kitchen staff were help helpful and very accommodating. The front desk were friendly and helpful. Our room was also clean and comfortable.
We were extremely disappointed in TV and Programming available. For an upscale hotel it was very disappointing. We asked to have our towels refreshed and they set them inside the door. They charge $75 for a dog and the pet area was terrible. Muddy and full of tree roots. Unfortunately, guests nor staff clean up the area so it was full of poop! Again disappointing for what they charge.

Room was clean,staff was friendly and accommodating. Had a slight dilemma with our room the first night. Staff made the adjustments and had us in the correct room the next day. Breakfast was nice as well as happy hour.
The over booking of the 2 queen rooms and having to stay in a single king room as a family of 4. Thankfully staff was able to get us into the correct room the following day. Slight inconvenience thay was made right.

Location was perfect, a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. Hotel and room was clean. Breakfast was amazing. Check in and check out was easy and fast. Free basic WiFi. The staff was great and helpful. They make you feel like you’re at home. Overall a great stay at a beautiful hotel.

Digital check-in and room picking from the app did not work. We were put into different rooms than what we had picked and never used digital key since you had to go back to the desk for it. One TV in each room (had 2 rooms) did not work. Using app turned out to be useless.

Are room didn’t have cups to make coffee in the morning, but not too big of a deal. Our first rooms front door would not close so changed rooms.

Only one negative- we had planned to swim with our friend who is wheel chair bound with MS. The handicapped water chairs were not working

We did not like the power going out three times having to walk up seven flights of stairs because the elevator wasn't working

The room was nice and clean i love the corner room we had it felt like a honey moon sweet the staff was extremely nice and helpful the breakfast was really good also the cafeteria was really nice and organized the chef was really nice and made us some tasty omelets i had a great experience me and my husband enjoyed our stay 😉

The Hotel was filled with Too Many kids for a soccer tournament it was way to much to see parents with there kids standing in line at the Bar kids playing with soccer ball in the lobby and the parents not saying nothing adults having drinks and kids around 👎 not cool at All 🤔😱😠
