Hampton Inn & Suites Palmdale

The location of the breakfast area was good. There was plenty of seating and the area was very clean. We also enjoyed the free entertainment provided by Marina with her beautiful singing. She and the others were very friendly and kept everything clean. The breakfast itself was also good and there was plenty of it. We do want to compliment the front desk, kitchen staff and housekeeping for their friendly and courteous service.

One of the minor issues is that the bathroom floor looked clean however when we wiped it, it was a little dirty. Otherwise, everything else was good!

We liked everything, beds were very comfortable and clean and staff was very nice but wehat we loved the most was breakfast, Consuelo was so nice to us, she greet us as soon as we got out of the elevator, very helpful and friendly and so nice to my grandkid. We are so grateful

The only thing we missed in our room was drinking water, we usually find two small welcome water bottles in other hotels, not sure if they forgot or is something you guys don't offer here, but anyways it was just that little thing, the rest was 👍🏻 great

The Saturday morning staff made a grab and go snack for our softball girls that had to be at the ball park at 630am, due to the fact that breakfast was not available until 7am. The grab and go snack was a very nice gesture that they did for our softball girls... Would have been nice if they did it for Sunday too, since they had to be at the ball park 630am... Maybe this can be incorporated on your weekend breakfast for softball players.

Maybe offer grab and go breakfast for softball players earlier than 7am. Have them ready between 6:00am -7:00am. The bagel w/ cream chs, water, apple was very nice and held them up for their first game that ended at 930am.

Clean but they no longer offer daily room cleaning, you have to request it the evening before if you need housekeeping

Who charges for parking?? Apparently Hampton Inn. $15 a day and had I known that when I booked it I would have went somewhere else! An extra $75 for parking fees got charged to our stay there.

Clean but no desk next to the bed with drawers. Stairway needed a good vacuuming.

Some of the clientele staying their. Not friendly. Arrived with several drunk patrons all standing outside. Cars with trailers parked crooked and randomly. Trash surrounding the parking lot. Stairway could use a vacuuming too. Was nervous to leave my car unattended or walk outside Kate at night.

Beakfast was very good. there was a nice variety of things to choose from

You had to ask for room service if you wanted it. There was no dresser to put your clothes in. There were a couple of shelves one could use. I had to ask for cups and linens which were given to me at the front desk

Friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfast.

Having to pay for parking. The location is literally in an entire shopping center. I could have parked one row over, outside the ‘fence’ for free! I wouldn’t mind paying if let’s say the parking was really secured.

Comfortable room, spacious, good breakfast for American standards.

The 15 dollars parking fee is a moneygrab for a ''deserted' place like Palmdale in general and the hotel specifically. Pool was not available unexpectedly.

It was quiet and spacious clean and comfy. Just an overall peaceful stay. The room was spacious enough and comfortable.for the fit of people that were accompanying the room. We had a beautiful stay.

When my family and I come to Palmdale we like to stay here very calm. I recommend and the staff especially Marina the front desk lady was super amazing and helpful!!
