Staybridge Suites Palmdale, an IHG Hotel

The maintenance man at night was nice and opened up the spa. He helped me get into the room since my card kept demagnetizing. He was very helpful. Security at night was also nice.

There were ants and spiders on the king side of the room . The hot tub was closed until my last day. The pool was dirty on the first day I went to swim but some maintenance guy had come after 10 minutes to clean it which he said would take 30minutes but after I waited and he was done he said it would be another 30 before we could get in so I wasted my time and left. The keys demagnetized easily so I had to continue going to the front to get them recharged. The hot Breakfast was good the first day but the next couple days were just okay. Hard biscuits and untasty sausage on one occasion. The fridge in the room also had broken shelves and cracked drawers. Washers were stinky and moldy.

When I first checked in the young lady was very helpful. My room was next to the elevator so got alot of noise sometimes through the day and night. I asked if my sheets could be change the lady at desk told me no. I ask her why she said once a week. I was there 7days. The gentleman who worked the desk told me to ask and someone would come and change it. Never happened, I had to ask for sheets and pillow cases and change myself. I feel for the money I payed someone should of changed my sheets while I wasn't there. I understand about covid19 restrictions but they could of changed them. They came in OK nice and made up the bed, should of changed them then. I enjoyed my room was very nice and updated.0

The hotel is beautiful. My room was a spacious suite with a good size kitchen area. The shower was big and wonderful. They had double pane windows and black out shades so you can really get some sleep. And the bed might have been the best I've slept in. The mattress was super comfortable, the pillows were labeled firm or soft and the comforter was perfect!

There was a person blocking the front entrance, talking nonsense upon arrival. We were escorted in through a side door by staff and the person was encouraged to move along. Unfortunately, this is not out of the ordinary in Palmdale. Less bothersome, but still, was having the cleaning crew knock on the door in the morning even with the "do not disturb" sign up. I'm sure they meant well, but c'mon.

Handicap parking is very bad. there are two vehicles parked in the first 2 spaces, closest to the entrance. That appear to be there long term. One is very dirty the other parked on the wheel chair ramp and early blocking the parking space. I told the desk. Not like they cared. I am 78 year old 100% disabled veteran, using a walker and bilateral leg braces. they gave me the farthest room from the lobby... Very difficult on me You have to wait at the desk, because the employee is busy reading or watching a movie in the office. Not much help especially after 4. She made it seem like we were a bother

Your staff were very rude non professional I was very upset by them im handicapped and have heart conditions they accused me and my guests of funding an illegal substance in the room honestly im thinking of sueing you for slander and defimation of character im not pleased at all I spent a large amount of money there only to be treated like this its not acceptable

The breakfast was excellent. It was a buffet style with items like scramble eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. Because of Covid I thought breakfast was going to be served out of a brown bag. The location was centrally located near several fast food restaurants and the freeway. The whole overall experiences felt like being at home.

Location and staff was very nice and friendly. Room was very nice and clean. I will love to stay again for a whole weekend just to relax and enjoy reading and quietness

It was not a thing I did not like. I liked it a lot and like I mentioned before I would love to stay again in this place again and recommended to others.

The room was nice and spacious. Loved the amenities and the toiletries they provided.

I did not Luke the staff who I felt rushed is put of the room.

Everything was awesome Samantha was awesome she was very helpful she answered all my questions

The pans in the room need to be upgraded they make to mush smoke get new pans please

i had a small problem with the breakfast because you were missing some main items.....your picture had bacon and sausage and there was no bacon or sausage available...the rest of the breakfast was really good though
