it's a rather new hotel, so the facilities are updated and clean! the bathrooms are nice and the room setup is convenient with plenty of mirrors and chairs which made getting ready for a wedding in a room with 4 adults much easier than expected. breakfast was okay, but I do not think it's worth the $16 they charge you for it. for the price you're paying for the hotel room, breakfast should be included.

the beds are firmer than I expected, and the bed pillows aren't supportive. I woke up with a stiff neck from trying to get comfortable all night. the a/c unit in our room was set to 68 degrees, the thermostat read 62 degrees, but it felt like 78 degrees in the room, which made it difficult to sleep at night as well.

I enjoyed the stay the room unfortunately had an odd smell in the bathroom that wasn’t pleasant like there could have been a plumbing issue. I wish the property had a jacuzzi to experience. All else there was no issues or complaints.

The stench in the room bathroom wasn’t good or pleasant there could be an indication of a potential plumbing problem. I also would have appreciated if the property had a jacuzzi on the premises to enjoy.

very friendly staff easy check in and check out lots of restaurants/fast foods/supermarkets in the area perfect place to stay when arriving to lax and to spend outside LA on your way to natural parks very clean and spacious room free parking

maybe a bit noisy AC but bring your ear plugs and you’ll sleep like a baby

This was by far the nicest place that we stayed at on our trip, would definitely stay again. Beds and pillows ultra comfy.

There was a smell of weed outside whenever you walked outside but we smelt this at most hotels outside, definitely no fault of the hotel. Also, there was one bloke outside smoking who my hubby said hi to as he thought he was a guest but then he asked us for money.

Receptionist was really nice. Location was great.

Its a little hidden from the street. Also the hallway smelled like weed when we arrived. Later that night or the morning we left, it no longer smelled.

Easy check-in. Everything explained clearly and simply. Staff very polite and helpful, especially the guy in the bar and the chef. We ate a small snack and they were happy to split it for two people.

The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable I liked the fact that the t.v had my name nice touch and the warm cookies at check in was awesome the continental breakfast was great too

breakfast around $16 for person with no vegetables at all. how you can survive without veggies 😃
