SpringHill Suites by Marriott Lancaster Palmdale

They were very accommodating because I had to rent a truck and drop off my race car and trailer while I got that all situated. I ran in to ask if I could drop off the trailer and car while I went to the garage with the truck that broke down and rent a truck that could tow my trailer with the car on it. They let me park it along a curb in a place that didn't block any of the other guests. It was very nice of them to understand the situation that I was in.

That was the first time that my truck had ever let me down, so that was the only thing that could have been better. The staff and hotel could not have made that situation any better than they did. I was happy with how I was treated.

During the night in the hotel's parking lot, right in front of our room: Our car got broken into and robbers stole several items: A nice garmet bag with: A woman's full length down coat; a man's sports jacket; two dress shirts and men's dress shoes. Also a traveling knife (for fruit); and a banana! We filed a police report; spoke to the front desk and the securitly guard. All the staff were kind and polite, but our items are gone! A bad way to begin a vacation.

We had a car, so it didn't matter that it was a couple of miles to most things we wanted to see and do. The beds were fluffy and soft, like sleeping on a cloud. And we loved the division of space, so one person could be in the bedroom area while the other person was in the living room.

It was complicated doing laundry. They didn't have change or a change machine or an ATM. So I had to run around a bit in 110 heat getting quarters.

Room was spacious and clean, amenities were excellent, wonderful breakfast bar provided every morning, staff was friendly and helpful, room was close to entrance and exit and laundry room, room rate was very reasonable in comparison to other similar rooms, good location, close to my job, shopping, restaurants, etc.

Nothing! Everything was wonderful.

The breakfast was surprisingly decent. I enjoyed the variety. breakfast times are 6:30- 9 for those of your family members that had trouble waking up being able to take a plate for them was a Plus💝. I stayed at another hotel in LA and they didn't allow that.

Having to throw my own trash a few times I had a family of 5 and I was making food there , But when I called the first desk they sent housing keeping right away.

the property is very discreet and the staff is very friendly. any problem I had Rayshawn or Alton made sure it got cleared and taken care of . They are very respectable and understanding to your situation all have to do is talk to them . The maids are very outstanding and service your needs greatly .

Anthony was very courteous, friendly and professional. I really appreciate the tickets he offered my friend and I for the Poppy Festival! We also enjoyed the space inside the suite.

The hot breakfast items were not that warm (because the lids were not fully secure). You could hear the freeway sound from the bathroom, as well as hear the neighbors' doors close very loudly.

Everyone and everything was great until breakfast. While checking in and out the staff was exceptional.

Breakfast staff was very rude. She lied to me on multiple occasions when asked questions. Example: "Do you have sugar" her answer was "No". I did in fact find sugar. She lied! Don't put someone in the line of customers that dislikes people.

Very good location, good American breakfast, clean rooms.

There was a cockroach in our bathroom. And they changed the ripe of room to a different one, which made us really frustrated. A swimming pool was not too clean. And the gay who met us wasn’t able to solve my problem.

I've used this location many times before and have always had a good experience. Never felt unsafe and stuff has always been friendly will use it again.

The only thing this visit the room was great clean and comfortable but the Fridge had an Smell to it when you open the door. I let the staff no they said they will look into it Outside of that everything was great
