Great location, rooftop bar has awesome views and cool vibe. . Most comfortable beds ever

Lovely hotel. The room was great, the staff is amazing. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. The roof top bar is incredible and delicious too! Great decor, great ambiance, veeery comfortable bed and plenty of space in the room.

It’s not the hotels fault - Venice has changed a lot... as a single woman, I didn’t feel comfortable walking early morning or after dark alone. I travel alone a lot and love big cities and normally have no problem with any of this... but the streets are filthy, trash everywhere, and an increase of homeless encampments due to the pandemic. I was stopped 4 times on one block to get coffee. I read some scary news of a lot of violence in the area, which made me nervous. Ended up staying in the hotel a lot more than I had planned - or ubering furthernorth to Santa Monica for exploring.

Location Location Location and balcony 🔥 From Venice beach to the close by santa monica which you could definitely walk in like 30-40 mins, to the vibrant and lively nightlife around the area.. the location is definitely a highlight to my stay. The staff are great as well.. very friendly very helpful. The hotel lends you blankets and towels for the beach so you don't have to worry about those. I think if I'm not mistaken they provide some surfing equipment as well? Not sure, can't surf to save my life so didn't pay attention :)

If you plan to have a car with you, it can get expensive real quick, no free parking and whatever parking is there costs 50$ a day as per booking.com Having said that, it's just cheaper to uber everywhere. Taking into account car rental cost as well as the city limited free parking options.

Great location right in Venice Beach!! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the check in process was great and Yoshwa on the front desk was amazing. He was always friendly and chatty and helped us with anything we needed during our stay. They had free bikes to use if you wanted to cycle along the promenade. The rooftop bar was great, service up there was average, but cocktails and food great!! Unfortunately it was closed during some of our stay, but that was due to the weather and out of the hotels control.

For the most part service was fantastic, as I said Yoshwa on the front desk, and all the guys in security, Antony, Lynn and Curtis were always so helpful. But service in the cafe and on the rooftop was very average!! Apart from that it was a great stay and I would stay again and recommend to friends.

Incredible location right in the perfect spot in Venice Beach, lots of nice bars and restaurants close by and one road away from the beach. There are some good facilities available to hire/borrow from reception but we didnt know about the bikes until we had rented some of our own! We got upgraded to a fantastic suite which was huge! The room we had was spacious and comfortable. I liked the little touches they give you. The rooftop is also something you absolutely have to check out. Its pricy but worth it for the location and facilities. No breakfast included.

Great location and fun hotel, enjoyed the bikes that we hired. Staff friendly and super helpful at reception. Great eating establishments close by, and of course the boardwalk is always colourful!

The rooftop bar was usually awesome, but sadly on this occasion, we did not get the usual great friendly service, despite the posse of young ladies that seemed to be managing seating, we were left feeling very unwelcome. When we eventually got a very undesirable table we were completely ignored, we left and went somewhere else.

Atmosphere, comfortable & conveniently located within 5 minutes walk out to Venice Beach. Everything you needed was in your room (snacks (cookies, candy bar, chips, salsa, beef jerky) drinks (beer, soda, coffee, water, red bull).. (King room with balcony)... if not they have a general store/ breakfast Cafe on the first floor & a cute pizza (fish bowl dining area) in front of the hotel lobby. staff were super kind & friendly from check in to valet check out.

Right from the moment I arrived, I realized I wasn’t just at any hotel. The beach vibes were amazing, the room was modern and cozy, and the hotel was situated near so many restaurants, not to mention it has its own! You’ll never fall into the trap of “where should I eat tonight?” The balcony room was amazing, providing a view of the beach, the palm trees, and the mountains. So gorgeous.

I love the location; you are only a few steps to the beach. My family liked the available bikes; we rode to the pier and shopping, plus they come with locks, so you don't have to worry about parking them. The rooftop bar is a favorite spot to rest and have some snacks and drinks. Our bed was comfy, plus plenty of room in the suite.

$56 per day to park the car, and the water pressure of the shower, the Shower pressure was weak. So getting sand off and out of my hair took a long time.
