Location, clean, large TV, refrigerator, Microwave and shower

Linen was well worn, as were the towels. Soap was very small, not adequate. I think staff does the best that they can but better essentials should be provided. In other words don't be so chintzy with quality of basics such as soap and so forth. Its a better than average motel and deserves better supplies.

I have been staying here a long time, it’s always my go to hotel if there’s vacancy. very clean every time. staff are all WONDERFUL. always accommodating, always friendly. room was cleaned top to bottom every day, fresh towels were provided every day, beds were cleaned and made every day. room smelled clean, carpets were clean. tv was big and lots of channels to choose from. very updated mini fridge and microwave. large walk in closet. lots of lighting, perfect coffee bar area in room. I absolutely love this place and will always choose here first.

The property is located close enough to downtown and the waterfront to easily walk there. I particularly like how quiet it is! The place is exceptionally clean and the staff is kind and welcoming.

Hmm,…well, I had a piece of olallieberry pie in the mini-fridge that I was really looking forward to eating; I forgot to hang the “do not disturb” sign and came back to a wonderfully clean room, bed made and everything perfect, including a clean fridge! Oops! 😆

Very easy to find. Near restaurants and main part of town. Lots of parking. Walkable, ice machine was great as it was a warm, busy weekend! Friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable about the town. Nice view from room of Morro Rock.

Nothing we found out of place. We were very last minute guests. Room and staff were great. Unbeknownst to us it was a Town wide garage sale weekend. Very busy. Happy to have found a place to stay! Enjoyed Morro Bay and this hotel.

Location was very central but not noisy. Great little hotel. The room was spotless, warm, comfy with all needed conveniences. I thought it quite tastefully decorated. This is too personal but I thought the young man at the desk unexpectedly beautiful to behold though not over eager to help with my queries. (But the requested tea bag was really appreciated). I quite understand as he has long to go before reaching his prime whereas I am waaaay past mine.

What’s not to like?

I liked how close everything was to the property; food, sight seeing and shopping. It has the feeling of a close knit community so it felt safe to walk at night to see its attractions; Moro Rock.

When I got there the lady in charge was insulting to me. Maybe she should put an “open” sign so that the office doesn’t look like it’s closed when customers are trying to check in.

2days. Room 105. Peaceful location. Good area for walking or jogging. If you need things to be super modern this isn't the place for you. It's old school but quiet and clean. I slept pretty good here. Just blocks away from shopping, gas stations, 101 freeway and grocery store. Everything in the room worked as it was supposed to. Windows that opened. Friendly staff.

Not a fan of the ice machine. It's the kind you have to use a scoop to get the ice out but that wouldn't stop me from staying again.

The lady at the front desk was really nice when I checked in! Very clean room with updated appliances (Mini fridge w/ freezer, microwave, TV). Modern bathroom with good water pressure in the shower. Amazing location! We left the car and walked the one block distance to the main street with all the shops, resturants, and rentals and got to enjoy the evening without worrying about parking downtown or at the hotel. Very quiet and relaxed even though it was memorial day weekend which we appreciated after a day of walking/hiking 10+ miles

My only real complaint is that the bed was uncomfortable. The matress was very springy and hard, every time one of us moved at all it woke the other up. I also woke up with sore shoulders which is common if I sleep on a hard mattress. It wasnt a huge deal since we only stayed 1 night but had it been a longer stay it would have been more of an inconvinience.

Front desk help was incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating. She let us check in early and assisted us with recommendations for food. Thank you!!

The room was adequate. The sheets and mattress cover had stains, but they were definitely clean. Another guest was given a key with our room number and they woke us up trying to enter late at night. I helped them try to figure it out (they were from another country). They were very nice, just tired from traveling and they called the answering service and hopefully got it straightened out. I've worked at many hotels, so it happens sometimes, and we were all understanding.

Room and bathroom were very clean. The bed comfortable. Nice shower. Very quiet and those with whom I did have contact were very friendly. I was given a room with a view of the ocean, Morro Rok and a peek of the Bay. The electric fireplace gave a feeling of warmth in the room, which was nice since the evenings were cool.

Toilet paper should be two-ply. Towels were very thin, but crystal clean and plentiful. Not all people drink coffee. Tea bags should also be provided. Honey would be nice, as well.
