Morro Shores Inn And Suites

The staff was very nice. The room was on the first floor which is what I asked for. The bed was very comfortable.

The overall property is very nice. But, the shower in 104 was horrible. The shower did not come on completely so the water was running from the bathtub spout. One of the receded lights in the room was hanging down. The heater/air conditioner has wires laying on the floor. I hope these items can be fixed as we love to stay there.

The room was clean

I didn’t like when the manager knocked on my door and I answered it and I was getting ready to leave so I only had my swim suit on and he freaked out and yelled at me for having it on! For that little incidentI will NEVER come back! I can wear my swim suit when I want! Very rude!!

The location was great, very close to the beach (walking distance) and minutes away from the shops and restaurants. The rooms were also very nice for the price.

The morning of checkout I felt very rushed by the housekeeper to leave the room at 11:20, when checkout wasn't even until 11:30.

This property was in a perfect location just a couple of blocks from the bay restaurants, shopping and activities. it was also close to the downtown area.

There was one staff member named Kelly who had an bad attitude and was rude. But the other staff were great.

The room was very nice and staff was very friendly. We had a small balcony to look outside.

The only problem there was a stain on the sheets. The parking area was small and were weren't allowed to do early check in even though we received the room keys.

The check in was complicated, the workers there are all Hindu, and only know minimum english so it was very difficult for us to understand and communicate with them. However after that complication we did get a room on the first floor, it was quiet. Also the hot tub is closed, I found out from a lady complaining about it. It is very close to everything.

I didn’t like that the hotel is right by the highway that is one way only, so to get to anywhere to the left of the hotel, you have to drive on the highway then get off just to loop around.

The bed was very comfortable, room a little older but clean and well maintained. Staff was good, got us extra towels when requested. Location was a plus as we were looking for a location close to the beach and biking trails. Limited food in area after 8:00 PM so dine early or pick a nicer restaurant that stays open later. Would stay at this property again if in area.

I liked that they took my sons allergies serious told them.he was allergic to animals he assured me that the room we got had no animals in it recently and let me.check the room before to make sure it was OK. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were soooo comfortable! Loved that we had a fireplace made it very cozy and we had a small balcony that we liked as well. Everything was very clean. I will be staying there again the price wasn't bad either for a suite.

I didnt like that the spa wasn't open but it's no fault of theirs it was closed due to covid. They also didn't have the breakfast but that again was probably due to covid.

I love the stay way amazing and it was due to friend staff, and comfortable rooms

I actually took a few mins to give this question some thought and I really can’t think of anything I didn’t like, expect for I wish the served free breakfast other then that it was great.

I liked it but I asked for 2 beds I got 1 and a couch pullout very very uncomfortable the bed was nice
