Hotel Keen

Just got back home. I enjoyed four-days staying there. Its location was perfect for me to visit the Stanford U on foot. All the staffs were very kind and helpful. Mr. Ankit Dhakal, its general manager, was especially impressive to share his precious time for me after work hours. It was very joyful to talk with him drinking tasty wine at the lobby, despite the unexpected cancellaton of the wine testing event. I would like to say thank you again.

Great location and superb value. Everything was wonderful. It was a very short Uber from Stanford hospital. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

The air conditioning as it was set on heat with no way to switch to cool. It was 90 degrees the day I stayed so this was an exception.

The location is great, right in downtown PA and an easy walk to the Stanford campus. Good wifi. The breakfast isn't fancy but there's enough protein in the form of eggs and yogurt to get the job done. Right next to Coupa Cafe as well.

The rooms are quite small and the noise isolation is poor (fortunately all my neighbors were very quiet). Not cheap either.

John and Briana at the front desk were amazing , kind and very professional. The hotel is perfect for the price and location. My room was nice , clean and modern with a good TV set. Keep in mind this is not a luxury hotel. It’s great for the price and I feel they have attention to detail and great service. ( Coffee at the lobby is fantastic).

Great location, clean and comfortable. Although the room was smallish, it was not a problem for a number of nights

Not the hotels fault but there was a noisy bar next door just below our room (315). If staying there ask for a room at the other end of the building

Small, boutique hotel close to the transit center, downtown, and Stanford University. It was nicely quiet, old school feel with some technological upgrades.

When we checked in, we were told check out time was noon, but on the day we were leaving they said it was actually 11am. Room was smaller than usual and heat didn't work well.

The room is small but is perfect to stay for work and tourism, I mean if the room is only for sleep is very ok

The breakfast could be better. Small options but it worked for me.

it was so clean, not a spot a stain on anything. the breakfast was delicious and healthy. I absolutely loved this place!

the room size was small but I liked that. I loved everything and the staff Chris and the housekeeper were so kind to me.

Not enough employees to clean the rooms. Trash acumulated for 3 days. They explained this was due to the pandemic so it is possible that things are picking up and they need to hirre more employees..

Excellent location--small humble rooms for smaller more humble prices than in most of this expensive area!--check in staff very kind and attentive to my request for a higher floor, staff was always cheerful and helpful
