Best Western Plus Executive Suites

Staff very helpful, friendly. Rooms very clean with nice finishes. Rooms very comfortable. Staff accommodated our needs. We had 2 rooms, one was an ADA(disabilities) room, and other was regular. Both were nice, grounds kept very clean too.

would have to say that 1 thing I would change is the stand alone chair in disabilities room. The chair in that room didn't have arms on chair to use to help person get up. Would be very helpful to someone with mobility disability, decreasing chance of falls, injury.

Everyone was over the top sweet and helpful! My room, 109, was large and super clean! I have a ill family member so I will always stay with BW on all my trips to Redwood City. CA Very impressive!

The only thing is the metal covers over the toilet paper rolls. Sounds silly but if the roll is a new one it's too tight and you get 1 square or part of part of one at a time!

Good location - easy access on Bayshore Freeway, El Camino Real and the backstreets with lots of local food. Quiet room and cheap laundromat facilities.

Air con was noisy and not much variety in breakfast (but was stomach filling) or the tea.

Clean property with large rooms. Clearly has been renovated recently! It was clean and confortable and staff was helpful.

there’s an app for the laundry which we could not use but there’s a laundromat nearby. Breafast is not massive likely due to this all covid stuff but you can still do your own waffles so pretty neat.

I loved the COVID awareness, especially with the breakfast grab-n-go bags. Super easy and safe. Staff was very friendly and informative with any questions we had. The room was very spacious and we had no problems with it at all. The price of our stay was a steal, as well!

The only thing is there was construction going on at the time of visit. Of course this didn't tarnish our stay, nor our review, considering we were out most of the day and the construction isn't a permanent thing, obviously.

Location was good Parking available for free Laundry service available- though only one machine

I loved the friendly staff they where amazing. I like the room i was in. It was huge and well decorated! The walk in shower was just as amazing!

Upon arrival the room most certainly was clean. Also upon arrival i spilled some water and got a towel to wipe it up. Once i wiped the water the towel was black like they had not mopped the floors in awhile. I notified the front desk the next day to request housekeeping but they didnt show due to the employee who does housekeeping had called out on that day.

Everything worked perfectly for a night were we just should sleep and move on next day. Nice staff and rooms. Will recommend it and visit another time again

The staff was great! Really friendly and helpful!

The bathroom fan would not shut off and ran 24/7. We weren’t sure if it was supposed to or not.
