La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Bernardino

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, including housekeeping. The hotel room itself was incredibly clean and comfortable. I will say it is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in.

The one thing that I wasn't too comfortable with was the parking lot. I am not faulting the hotel whatsoever, but I do wish there was some sort of security or patrol during the night. People tend to hang out towards the back of the parking lot during the night whether if they are staying there or not, and it made me uncomfortable to leave me car there and walk into the hotel for the night. Again, this is no fault of the hotel itself. It was just one of my own concerns. I believe in trusting gut feelings, and this was one of those gut feeling situations.

This is my second time here. I loved it the first time. I had no reservations about staying here this time around. I love how clean and quiet it is. But most importantly, I love Patricia! I was getting ready for a wedding and as I travelled alone I asked if she could help me zip my dress and she was so lovely. She calmed me down and she was just so nice. She didn’t have to but she did.

I wish your front staff were more friendly. I mean, they looked bored and uninterested when you walk into the building. I mean they did their job but you know, it wouldn’t hurt.

Mobility room safety features are great! Large bathroom easily accommodates a wheelchair. Very clean room. Comfortable beds. Ample towels. Dove products are great! Small refrigerator was convenient. 1st floor for Mobility is a huge plus! Breakfast was adequate and a good start for the day. Parking was good and plenty for handicap. Friendly staff behind the counter and the breakfast worker ensured plenty of food! She greeted all when entered the area.

Room was comfortable but a little larger size due to the wheelchair would have been nice.

The place was clean. Cleaning ladies and staff were great. Front desk staff needs some work, being that they are the first encounter entering the hotel.

Person who checked us in was a bit of a surprise. He was very abrupt but worked on changing his attitude. I didn't like that we were going to be charged a cancelation fee for checking out early. We had to stay in San Bernardino the whole visit, but the hotel made up for it.

It wasn’t so much of all the staff. It was one staff member that wasn’t pleasant or polite. I didn’t like the pool being inside and the gust rules beautiful property, very clean for the amount of money that I paid for that week. I did like the free breakfast and the lady that serve the breakfast her and the young lady that checked me in was very nice

Indoor pool

the property offers big bright rooms with lots of plug outlets for for youre computers phone chargers etc. the staff was very helpful in arranging and accommodating some issue I made a mistake with. While booking online you must book with you’re own credit card and be able to provide identification, if it does not match your credit card you will not be able to check in. there are usually no refunds but in this instance I was able to get refunded under the special circumstance and am very great full they were able to accommodate that!!! on tops of being very clean, budget friendly and in a great location. their bathrooms are luxurious, equipped with a hair dryer, hand and body wash soap bar, travel size Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner. there were plenty of towels including a bath towel to place outside the shower. My room had a personal size coffee cup maker and the coffee was excellent, just what I needed to wake up. the room feature a king size bed which was extremely comfy plush pillows and “you” control the air conditioning. Our sleep was very quiet and peaceful. the big screen that were also an extra plus but didn’t get to watch tv. there was a computer desk, a mini fridge and lounging seats in the room. Everything we needed was there!!! They offer free breakfast “grab & go” but hey a meal is a meal. There is also a Gym on the first floor next to the lobby. they sell frozen pizza and snack and beverages too!!! 100% AMAZING PLACE TO STAY, when traveling, this is our “to stay” spot! you won’t be disappointed!!!!

More working would be ideal but besides that no complaints.

This hotel is away from the pawn shops which some hotels are closer to, and the ihop is next door :) There is a sign at the front gate which serves to deter those having no business here. The parking lot is close and well lit.

The front gate was open. The property is following Covid protocols so no breakfast service— between 7am-10am the front desk will hand you a bagged breakfast when you ask (after standing in line). I overheard this told to other guests but after a shift change, the new front desk person was not mentioning it. No visitors to the room; that was (not)communicated the same way. What if my mom had been driving from Mesa to meet me here??? The bathroom had one small shampoo bottle and I used it; what if my daughter with long hair had been staying with me?? There were 3 towels for a 4-person room. I could continue.

Really enjoyed the room and the gated parking lot, it was clean,modern,comfortable and was a great overall price and i liked being able to see my car from my room...just what i needed for my business trip. The girl at the front desk was very nice as well..Will definitely stay again next time im there!

I liked the ease of parking access. The staff was very friendly and courteous, especially the housekeeping staff. They took care of all my needs when requested and credit the cleanliness and the great clean smelling building completely to them. It seemed like i could eat off the floors. Lol.

Nothing that I could think of.

The property was clean and quiet although you are close to the freeway and other establishments it was very quiet and homey.

The only thing I like was the pool was exceptionally small.
