everything! but if I had to narrow it down, what made the property stand out above everything else was all the staff and especially the Manager and the young man who worked early morning! the manager was always working each time I was there and she was very helpful and not afraid to help out her employees if the line was backed up… the young man with glasses (didn’t grab his name) but he went above and beyond. He not only worked at the front desk but also I saw him around the hotel taking towels or etc to customers! very nice and hardworker!

I was satisfied! no complaints here!

The location was convenient to shopping & food. The area was kept pretty well (a porter even cleaned up spilled food outside within an hour of it happening). The pet station always had bags. Our room was cleaned very well. It was mostly quiet during our stay, also.

The window of the room wasn't able to lock. The lighting in the room could be softer- it was harsh. The top blanket of the bed had obvious cigarette burns/holes, but I know it was all laundered.

The room is very clean, and it was very relaxing. I really like the stay and it was very cool and I got to chill. I checked out the bathroom and it was very clean and it didn't had complex ways to operate it. It is really good.

There is nothing I didn't like about my stay. Everything about my stay is really good and I have no complaints on my stay. The staff is really good and there is nothing bad about the hotel and the staff. The staff is cool.

Everything up until the last night

Everything was great until the last night of my stay . I decided to move to a smaller room and discovered the a/c was broken and it was in the 100s . Staff was aware and they assured me they'd move me . I had three heavy boxes to move on top of the rest of my stuff but they wouldn't assist me. So I I did it myself. I had just moved everything and was trying to catch my breath when they informed it was ready, but I wasn't and asked them to wait. I went to the office and asked for key they refused basically saying too late. So I had to stay in that hot room all night and was too scared to leave the window open .so I couldn't sleep woke up late so they kept my deposit.

the location was good for me. the value for one night was good.the staff are really nice.

the shower was really small. there’s no microwave or fridge. also be careful and lock your room. someone was able to access our room while we were in. seems the room keys can open any door.

I like how the maintenance man named Fernando went out of his way to make sure I had a nice room and a nice day that’s why I keep coming back

What I didn’t like about being on the property if it wasn’t enough maintenance people like Fernando to assist me he’s actually a good employee just wanted to inform you of that

I showed up last night, super tired, dirty and a brooding a bad attitude about driving (when other people are on the road). all my own problems (that I blamed on something else besides the dog). despite this ... and more, the night crew (one "1" lady) who managed an entire 3 story, fully booked hotel, alone by herself, was willing to work with me and had me sorted out without slapping me (rare). Excellent work, She deserves a big pay raise.

Clean bed and bathroom. Bathroom counters perfectly mounted to just the right heighth for making love on it with my colleague,wet & fresh out of the shower. The counters and sink were clean ,as well as a comfy,clean bed to finish off my colleauge on after coming out the shower, & using clean bathroom counter for bumping & grinding ,rite before hitting the comfortable bed and putting my female colleauge to sleep until checkout time. No interruptions. No distractions.

Shower was very small. Also it leaked water to the floor. Made it risky to make nasty coming out of shower. Tweeker alert! They were everywhere, and I mean "SuperTweeks" ! Don't even open your door,or they'll be on your jock all nite,bargaining and clucking everything they carry in their backpack.

It was nice n quiet the room was clean the beds were comfy, n if the price was more reasonable we woulda stayed longer, the staff was very friendly n helpful, everyone i spoke to while there was great

I dont like that they no longer have bath tubs only the stand up showers, i really liked it when u were able to relax in a bath after a long stressful day, hopefully they will decide to get bathtubs again

People hanging out. But I saw the staff member tell them they had to go into room if they had one here or leave the premises immediately
