Residence Inn by Marriott San Bernardino

Staff was super friendly and service was great nonetheless.

Key had to be reprogrammed almost every day of my stay was a hassle to have to keep going to the front desk as room was on the 3rd floor, up down up down... They really need to figure that out. Also not sure if it covid protocol but no one ever came to service the room so I ran out of toilet paper which I needed to go to the front desk for and the night person had to go find some as they weren't handy.. also I didn't know they charged for parking.

It was only 4 floors which I considered a safety benefit. I had a room on floor 4 and could see my vehicle parked in free parking from from my rented room.

I am not sure if I controlled the A/C temperature or if the hotel did but at least there was A/C functioning during yet another heat advisory in the Inland Empire. Also king size bed was extra firm not to my liking.

The cost of my room was over whelming cause when I got to my room one of the rooms from the two bedroom suite wasn’t cleaned they left cleaning supplies the refrigerator was dirty, it was over uncomfortable

Secure entry. Very nice kitchen and full bath. Cozy bed. Great TV and movie channels. Excellent location for those attending events at NOS. Easy checking in and out.

The couch was dirty along top and several outlets didn't work. (Nightstand and sink area where you would plug in blowdryer.) Most people were there for Beyond Wonderland. Would have been nice to have breakfast run later. Otherwise very pleased with room and hotel location and would stay again.

I loved that every single staff member were so willing to help me and my children with anything to make our stay that much much more pleasant. The room was amazing. I will definitely stay here again

That the pool did close at 10pm. I couldn't go back down and take a minute to relax away from my kids for a swim.

The size of the room was nice. It has a kitchen with dishes and dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and ice maker.

The hallways had food crumbs on the floor in the same spot the whole time we were there so it let me know they could've been a little better on the cleanliness. Breakfast was bagged up instead of being out and readily available for hotel guests.

I love the Residence Inn. It’s a great family hotel and my favorite when I can afford to go. My kids love it. It’s always clean and it gives you a feeling of home. I love the staff at this hotel. Every time I passed the front desk l was greeted happily, like it didn’t feel like it was just company policy to do so even though it is.

That Covid stopped us from swimming and having the type of breakfast that we’re use to. I think it would have been a good idea to make breakfast covid friendly by offering to bring the food to our rooms. It could done. I even stayed at a hotel that had workers fix our plates instead of the guest fixing it ourselves. I’m just saying most of us are having food delivered anyways and if we’re trusting you to make sure our rooms have been cleaned efficiently, we can trust you to feed us still.

Location, good value. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Just what we needed.

The lobby seemed a little under staffed, or maybe the staff was just a little too casual. But there were accommodating and very willing to help.

How every staff member greeted you and it maid you feel appreciated for staying there.

The Breakfast and keep serving the sausage gravy.

Location was good. Property is a little old and could use updating. I expected a nicer room for the money.

Room walls were dirty, showered has a lot of caulking that looked bad.
